First of all I want to say that I am shocked to see all this bad reviews because this casino is 100% legit and they pay the winnings,my last withdrawal of 475 £ was paid in max 5 hours.The customer support is friendly,never had any issues.From me ☆☆☆☆☆.

Withdrawals are taking too long. It's been a week since I received an email that money has been paid to my account yet I don't see it yet. I wouldn't be surprised if I don't receive a penny.

Might aswell just close the site down with all these bad reviews, offers bonus’s but then doesn’t let you play, takes you back to home page, site is a SCAM DO NOT ENTERTAIN

I wish I had read the reviews before joining. I am having the same issues. They have been holding my winnings for ransom for almost 2 weeks now. I have contacted every day, and sent over everything but my shoe size and its the same thing, "your account is under review." CS tell me I have to be patient!
It is by far the worst online gaming site I have used. If they ever pay me my winnings, I'll be closing the account and gone.

So PocketWin is back . It’s an all new site taken over by someone else . Not sure what it’s like though because they’ve told me if you live in Northern Ireland you can’t register to play .

Absolute joke, the deposit method (vyne) lets you deposit money to the site despite the card being used being blocked for gambling restrictions, games are definitely rigged to not pay above certain amounts, had 6 bonuses on one game all paying around the same, nothing ever above 50x, have screen recording to prove, will be contacting ofcom and the ombudsman with my complaints, do not use this site

Says it all about this company they are losing there licence please don’t play this site they do not pay out!!!

What a terrible site!!! I have used Pocketwin for a while and have had a few wins. However, this month has been horrendous. I won over £400 and it has taken over sixty emails and messages, me sending over personal information and still nothing. Finally, this morning, the same documents I had sent over and over finally got accepted and I received my payout.
Never again will I use this site and urge everybody to steer clear. Absolutely disgusting to wait three weeks for my winnings.

Deposited £20 tried to withdraw £10 want my phone bill and bank statement why? This company is a scam I’m going to look into reporting them! Something tells me they use this as a loophole to steal money using id etc because it looks like they are been a responsible gambling outfit when actually it’s been used for criminal gain! Last year I won £805 and they won't pay me my winnings. I have deposited via my bank and phone. On the occasion it happened to be my phone and now they say they won't release the money until I prove I pay my bill. I sent bank statement showing bill was paid but it's not enough. Stay away from this site. They take your money and then block your account if you win. I have been with them for years aswell. Appalling and fraudulent behaviour.... STAY AWAY

Actually i'm been deposited a 7£ and wothdraw a 420£ but it used 3 days to this process so i can recomend 50/50 because after this winnings i not played this casino

If I could give zero I would they kept my withdrawal yet my account had been reviewed only 3 months prior I had phone call with manager after hundreds of the same emails enough to drive anyone Crazy they no exactly what they are doing with these reply emails sending them over and over I then had another review yet again had no problems sending in stuff which I did but no reply to why this was no answer for 3 weeks then I get call from manager who wasn’t helpful at all wouldn’t give me reason told me I could still play on site lol 😂 like yeah I’ll keep giving money but you won’t pay out I can see the logic in that during this call all I was told was be patient I was fuming i said well I need that money so instead of sorting my issue out they banned my account typical instead of seeing the bigger Pictire no they want you to say you need the money I was asked on phone I shouldn’t rely on that money but I won it so why shouldn’t I have relied on facts I should had it then said I relied on gambling what a joke this isn’t true at all maybe if you answered in timely manner and updated customers then wouldn’t be so much frustration I had been loyal played for 5 years which is a shame as liked the site I asked for phone call 3 months ago to try resolve it but no nothing then I see them writing replies back to people on here but can’t answer my emails lol makes it more laughable and annoying

I won some money and I would like to make a deposit but I can't. I was trying to make a lot of time. I have only a problem with this casino. No one help to resolve this issue. Live chat doesn't work.

Crap service, customer service does not help and they repeat the same message everyone I've been waiting for ages and I'm so disappointed with them. I've taken it to ombudsman now and I'm taken legally as they can't keep to their word.

I've requested to speak with a manager and nothing had been done so I'm taking them to court as I'm so pissed its unreal.

Had no issues over the past months! Deposited by phone and won and withdrew. Probably not made much over but always got my winnings etc. No issues. But past week been trying to withdraw no success and withdrawal to bank has been removed no access to add my card either says contact support.

Set up paypal but had to deposit first to be able to withdraw and now saying cannot withdraw to paypal over £9.65? So technically another 10 pound lost in to the pot to withdraw.

Have made contact. Never issues until past week and been using for months! Would never resort to writing a review to get contact! You were a good casino and could be making money whilst giving customers a good gambling platform by returning their money etc. Don't mess it up!

Been waiting on £60 to come out of both MFortune and PocketWin now for 2 weeks, I have sent off all my ID and after reading all these reviews I am highly doubtful I will receive my money
