I've been awaiting my withdrawal since beginning of may 2023, since then i have sent over all my ID documents as requested several times and kept getting told that i need to send them again or that they have not received certains ones, they have now banned me without getting my withdrawal, absolute joke of a company, been playing on this site for a number of years.

So next update , iv won 150 pounds on this site and requested a withdrawal, I sent everything needed that they asked for and now its been 8 days waiting for my money.
Iv sent 17 emails to complaints department and 20 messages on the site itself, and iv had not one reply to any of them. This is disgusting I have since reported this to several governing bodies
The customer service is shocking and to be ignored is unprofessional unethical and childish , that they have not honoured my win after 8 days.

Pay withdraw to late after 2 monthy why ? Two stars not 3 them invest our money , that why !!

Terrible terrible terrible. It’s a total scam, you win money which they never actually pay out, been waiting for my withdrawal for weeks now and still haven’t got it. Can no longer get through to anyone on live chat either

Joke of a company. I had an issue with their sister site MFortune because they scam and refuse people their withdrawals and I am now BANNED not blocked or suspended but BANNED stay away they will give you the first couple of withdrawals and then demand ro see your bank statements . They say its to show affordability but if you close the account so there is no need to see affordability they will still demand them to get your money . I don't use this email before you come on saying you can't find it and I didn't have an account

The accout is fully verified, but withdraw remained pending for no reason more than a week now. There is no customer service, even their bot not answering!!!
Gambling commision should be notified to investigate this scam.

My 11 year old continually gets messages from this site. No way of removing her number from the site without registering

I kinda like PocketWin & mFortune. The upside being you can deposit via phone bill/top up credit. The down side being the withdrawals are way too long. It annoys me when a gambling site can take your deposit instantly but make you wait at least 24 hours to pay you out. Also, the promotions are garbage. You only really get free spins if you deposit. Free spin winnings are put into your bonus balance which you can only withdraw if you have wagered a ridiculous amount (£3k I think, I may be incorrect with the amount) so when I deposit I don't take the promotion. It's pointless. You should also offer some kind of daily free game like most of the big slots sites do. There's no motivation to come back to the app everyday which potentially loses you customers. I do enjoy playing PocketWin though considering these downsides. A MAJOR improvement is needed with customer service. Live chat is awful, email takes a few days and there NEEDS to be a direct contact number. I've read 100's of reviews about it being impossible to contact PocketWin and mFortune. Listen to your customers

Edit: dropped it down to a 2 star. Everytime you deposit, you're offered a deposit deal afterwards. Not enough insensitive to carry on playing. The only reason I use PocketWin is because of the phone bill deposit and Freak Show game. The live chat is still hands down the worst I've ever used. The customer service is down right awful all together. If you have a issue, don't expect a reply for 3 days at least.

Not even worth the 1 star absolutely appalling won’t pay out my winnings and Iv sent everything they asked for. Been trying live chat now for 2 days straight with no response and all the numbers are out of service!! SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Another one that is using the pathetic gambling commissions "regulations" to it's full potential and totally ripping people of with their "random systems" ha ha ha ha ha random if that's random I am jesus!!

Won £300 on 06/04/23 withdrew by bank transfer and still has not been deposited into my account have sent multiple emails which I have not received a single response live chat doesn’t work so can’t speak to a live agent phone number for customer enquiries does not work as it cuts you straight off can’t upload my ID documents as there is a upload threshold and can’t update my information as it is asking me to contact PocketWin to update newsflash I’ve been trying to for over a week to no avail what the hell PocketWin sort your S**T out!

Not worthy of the 1 star !!!! I was a member of this site from 2018 they then basically set my chat name for me I was removed from receiving any loyalty points or bonuses no explanation given then as the final nail blackmailed me because I’d sent numerous ID way more than any other sites ask for when I refused to send more I my account was closed !!! Absolutely disgraceful company have removed the call number so you can’t contact them no one ever calls you back they wait until you request a withdrawal before making it very difficult to receive it AVOID at all costs !

Been waiting one whole month and still not even close to getting my money. I won some money and tried to withdraw pocketwin asked for lots of different proofs all of which was sent over. The next day my account was blocked! I tried to contact them and had no luck I asked my friend to use his account to contact on live chat! this too was also blocked. I then used my daughters account as no phone number I had no alternative! Apparently someone was calling me that day (6 days ago) still waiting.

I have been trying to get my withdrawal since the 23.04.23! My documents have been accepted but still not receive my payment !!!

I've nothing bad to say at all I've won 1920 on this site on deposited 20 to play games withdrawel was quick 2 days the funds were in my account looking forward to playing again

Crap ‘Casino’ the Wins are near enough none existent, And when you do win something they want Every I.D possible to Withdraw! Typical gambling website make it easy to Deposit.. and really difficult to withdraw in the hope you will carry on gambling.

This company have stolen £90 from me and will not give it to me. I deposited from my mobile phone to this company and won so I tried to withdraw this. This was back in February. Since then they've continually asked for personal information including photo ID, countless bank statements, numerous payslips, phone bills, address letters etc and each time they want more. There are countless excuses as to why they want more and still won't give me my money. It's absolutely shocking and even complaining to their complaints department gets me nowhere. The stress and strain this has caused has been awful.
