They keep spamming me with annoying text messages and I’ve tried to stop it but you can’t unless you ring their premium rate number that they don’t even answer. I haven’t used the site in weeks and only ever signed up, never played a single game, made a deposit nothing, after seeing their site. I knew right away they’re a scam. Have you seen their terms & conditions? Still they text me everyday, I block the number and another one pops up. It’s annoying and I’m reporting you for the harassment.
Edited after pocket win have refused to acknowledge that they spam me with texts and have reported me to trust pilot. I’ve provided trust pilot with the screenshots of the text messages and they verified my review. I’ll provide my details to the email address you’ve provided in your reply pocket win. Edited again to say that I provided my full details to this company to stop receiving their spam texts and then they said we need more information so I provided that then they sent a 3RD, yes 3RD email asking for even more information. I have given you my name, address, dob and phone number and you still refuse to remove my phone number from your data base. You ask for the last game I played, I didn’t play because I’m not entirely stupid. Scammers. People do not sign up to this site, find another site that lets you remove your phone number yourself because the texts off this company will drive you mad and then to be told I may have reviewed the wrong company by accident as if I’m some sort of imbecile is just insulting. 3rd edit to this review because I’ve sent this company everything they’ve asked for and they’re still saying they can’t pass me through security with even more details I don’t have. So in effect, they have my phone number to spam me with annoying texts and they’re refusing to remove my number because they’re making me jump through hoops. They even told me to text STOP to 88600 and the message failed to send. Disgusting scam company who keep your details and does god know what with them. Avoid people because if it’s this hard to remove your phone number, imagine how hard they’d make it to withdraw your winnings. I’m reporting them to all the relevant channels.

I win 500£ from bonus and I withdrawl, and they seyd just 50£ i recived, I am not happy

Since then have won £30.£30.£79.£70 all in my bank within a couple of hours !!!

I was a member for a long time and used my phone to deposit a couple of times.
Then it was always my bank card I won a few quid and they wouldn’t pay out as I couldn’t give them a phone bill to prove I had paid it which would be fine if I hadn’t used my card to deposit.
So i told them to keep my winnings and just refund the deposit I won with and they wouldn’t it was an absolute con.

all the people on here complaining about not being able to withdraw there winning and says pocketwin is a scam.
if you was to read the Terms and conditions before you deposited you would relise that when you use your phone to top up all casino sites no matter who they are that use pay by mobile need to know that /It's your phone bill your using and not someone else's therefore security reasons you could be using someone's phone bill and then they receive a huge bill / and before people say "Well you need to use that phone" This is not the case as soon as you enter a number to deposit a text gets sent saying verification of phone " so it takes a matter off mins for fraudsters to get hold off someone's phone they know get the text delete the text" Viola they have there number to deposit,
with regards other ID then major casinos will ask you for ID or try to ID you before just after you sign up and you still have to supply a valid form or ID Driving licence or Passport,
pocket win does there checks to make sure you are the person you say you are by using a CRA but without any hard search, so when you come to win a lot off money then they will ask for you phone bill to make sure you have paid the bill and not getting yourself into debt, and also ID for address to make sure that the address you have put when registering is correct and not using 3 or 4 different types of login details to get your bonus as this is against all casinos rules, so if you do not have a passport and so e do t or licence there staff at pocketwin are very good in what other ID you have and take a matter of half hour to receive a text to say everything is OK with your ID.

then once you win you won't come across all the things that are in your way with regards your reviews that I personally think are untrue

I put in £ 1700 then I won £ 2296 but I waited forever and couldn't see the money in my account, every day I called when they asked for the bank bill when they asked for ID when I deposited All information they say after 1 to 5 days money will be in my account but still do not see then I call on the phone they say to send information next date and time I put money into play, after I I sent them to the printed bank statement they said it was too blurry and they were actually a scam company, why are there people who work for that company who do not feel so cruel why they cheat? Don't they feel hurt, if their loved ones do that, what do they think, but why are scam companies like this, the government still exists, what am I going to do? lost my 1700 pounds

Excellent customer service via chat , won £400 and after a bit of Trouble with verifying ID once done and sorted money was in my bank within 2 days . They were very helpful and friendly helping me sort this .

I cant believe i won 7grand from a non deposit bonus, and i wagered it which was 8grand to wager. I was left with 7grand winnings, i uploaded all my id to withdraw it, just for them the put 50pound in my account, its actually left me feeling really suicidal, because as you can imagine, 7grand is alot of money. I have just shut my account down and will not use pocket win anymore. I was told by 4 different workers on the phone i will receive the money in full. Only to receive 50pounds. Utter disgrace. Especially when they haven't plastered that your only win 50 on a bonus on there website.

Been depositing and withdrawing for a long time now and I recently tried to withdraw £30 as I normally would I got a text the next day asking for my I'd documents so I rang them they said they do require them but yet they have been letting me deposit and withdraw all this time and they choose now to asking told them this they say it's in the terms and conditions that they can ask anytime with to be honest I didn't read but even so surely this can't be right to let a customer withdraw for months on end and then now slap this on them it's disgusting plus funny how they let me deposit first I asked if they could let me just withdraw this £30 without documents as they have done plenty of times before and I'm trying to get these documents sent to me but no they said no I'm sorry but unfortunately we are unable to do this untill we have received all the correct documents soi have now got £30 of my money stuck in pocketwin just because they felt like only asking how for my documents withholding your cash should be illegal absolutely disgusting

Ridiculous to contact customer services to cancel wagering requirements all the time. When bonus balance hits 0 it should be cleared straight away. One bonus added to another gives you high amount you can never reach. Plus it's sooo inconvenient to contact them now. Customer serv chat is missing direct "speak to an agent" option. What's the purpose for a chat when you have to randomly try to press all the options to "speak to an agent" anyway? Waste of time...

Awful awful people... deposited via phone bill and won 17 quid .. withdraw and they asked for proof of age etc... sent all that now there saying I have to pay my phone bill which has jus been paid next bills Jan 2021 and I can’t get my funds til then.. nor can they reverse it and put your money back in your account so it’s sitting in limbo basically... guy on the phone was a tit.. following a script... Hi i think you are brilliant but i would of given 5 stars but some how my friend has an account with you and never deposited before and won bonus spins on the big wheel and wagered everything and has the money in his account but he added a bank card but it says he isn't eligible too withdraw that way... do you have too deposit first with the bank card added too the pocket win account, before he can withdraw any money in his cash that he wagered through the free spins?

Same sh it different mug. I deposited £10 via mobile phone, then another £10 through my bank. I won £50 so decided to withdraw it. This was on Sunday, it’s now Thursday and I haven’t received a penny. The next day I received the ‘withdrawal has been processed message’ I also received the ‘additional ID’ message some hours later. So what I take from this is, When depositing, ID clearly isn’t required even though by law everyone should be challenged beforehand but when withdrawing it’s a must. I haven’t got as far as verifying my documents yet, I guarantee when I do, by reading reviews they are going to find a reason to not pay me. This breaks so many laws it’s unreal. Has anyone contacted The Gambling Commission? Or even spoke to their bank and been refunded? It’s fraud and this company should not be trading. It’s not about the money for me, if I lose, I lose. I’m gambling with hard earned money so I expect my withdrawal to be honoured. I’ll wait one more day before taking necessary steps to get them shut down. The only Document that should be provided is proof of age.
