Absolutely terrible company whose sole goal is to get as much money out of people as possible! I have deposited a LOT of money with them and they never want to pay out! First of all they make you jump through hoops to get your winnings and if you make it through all those they then close your account, ban you and void your withdrawal on a "business decision" basis where they won't tell you why.

Avoid at all costs!!!

Hello I really enjoy your site. I played from my mums house using her WiFi but now I've gone back home for some reasons it doesn't connect using my 4g Internet. Do you now why? As i do not have WiFi or do you need to have WiFi to play.

Worst site ever does not pay out can't get hold on anyone tried online phone and email and they have not replied at all won £100 and not seen a penny will be taken legal action of they don't sort it out

Wont answer the phone, emails or when you join the live chat I waited 45 mins got to number 1 in the queue and a message came up saying no agents available. I want the money I am owed! No way I'm i sending you a bank statement! You are getting reported if my email isnt answered soon.

Site is good to use fun games and you can get decent wins, but I've been asked to send ID and proof of address twice - which I have done.

The money I tried to withdraw is out of my pocketwin account but not in my bank account and my documenta which were sent 2 days ago are still "pending".

So at this point not sure if I will actually get my winnings.

The wagering requirements on free spins are unclear and designed so you can never win.

Apparently you have to contact them to reset any bonus balances to zero, even if you get down to 0.00 credit, otherwise your wagering just accumulates, but you can never get through to them on live chat to reset it (well you can if you are happy to wait an hour each time!). And sometimes your queue position increases on the live chat instead of going down)

Their customer service via email is also hopeless - I emailed them in December 2020 about a complaint and didn’t get a reply from them until this month (despite them saying they had sent a reply)- and this was only after I posted my previous review (that they got taken down.

In addition they have actively tried to discredit a previous review I posted, saying I didn’t have a genuine experience, despite communicating with me via email on an issue. Just trying to get negative reviews removed, even when customers have had a bad experience.

When they try to remove this review again I will remind them that I have an account and they cannot hide the negative reviews from people.

So these bunch of monkey's do not hesitate to take your money and spam you with random text messages regarding their so called bonuses. As soon as it comes to withdrawing your money however, be prepared to hand over everything you own with your name written on it. They will ask for ID, Phone bills, Bank statements and maybe in some cases your 2nd cousins mortgage agreement - on practically every single withdrawal request you make. They say that your money will be processed in 1 working day then your money will be sent 3 days after, which is in fact a lie a majority of the time. They first get you to send them ridiculous quantities of proof from your mobile phone provider and your bank. They then tell you that everything has been accepted and that your money will be sent, before they change their minds a week later and say the banking team or unhappy and want more bank statements. This banking team cannot read and spend most of their time monkeying around with your money in the office. They misread your statements and make additional requests for the same thing you sent them weeks ago. The live chat advisors cant read either and usually tell you lies. For example by telling you that you will receive a response in 24 hours, and then not doing so at all. They are unprofessional and accuse their customers of going around in circles, when it is in fact them that send you in circles digging through unnecessary amounts of paperwork that they will flash their eyes upon and reject anyway. Sometimes you can be in a queue of upto 18 people for an hour and all of a sudden get told that there is nobody available to answer your query, then have to re-join the queue again to get hold of one of these goons. They will randomly play with your account with them and disable deposit methods for no reason at all, then they cant even give you a clear answer as to why. Avoid this company at all costs because they have lied to me for the past 2 weeks and kept me waiting for my withdrawal which i still have not received. And do not expect your money to be processed within 1 working day because this is misleading. Worst customer service second to Ebay. Waste your time and build interest on your money whilst coming up with excuses as to why they need more time.

Do not ever deposit with pocketwin. I have deposited with them many times over the years, most recently with my debit card. I won £1000 from my deposit. This was weeks ago.
I was asked to provide my ID, proof of address and the card I used to deposit with. All of which were accepted. They then asked for a phone bill and proof of payment for an old phone number, which I can not provide. Please note this is a phone number from years ago, a number which was updated to my new one years ago also. The deposit also never came from the phone. They have refused my withdrawal but were happy to accept my deposits.
Absolute scam... they will do ANYTHING to avoid pay out.
Instead just use a reputable casino such as ladbrokes or coral etc.
NEVER EVER GIVE THIS CON ARTISTS YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just like to say that I did get my issue solved in the end it took a while but got there the best advice I can give ya is don't deposit by mobile phone bill as if ya win they gonna want lots of id an statements but to be fair when I had provided all they wanted to see I got paid out the same day so all is good cheers pocket win
