What great service. Carl in support was very helpful. I recently moved into a house that had a Pod Point charging point installed. I needed to get it transferred onto my account. Literally within a few hours of sending an email (on a Sunday) it was all sorted.

Unable to connect
Unable to connect , Pod should survey a site and ensure correct paperwork is submitted before attempting to connect. After waiting over 2 weeks was not able to connect because my house is joined with next door!!! And site must be checked by power supply company!
Day 2 still no action, called Pod second time same result .Hold 'wait twenty minutes' explain everything waiting for them to send notification to Energy Supplier . Get handed to second person, after another 20 minute wait,have to explain all over again. Then another wait, finally promised a notification will be sent to SSEN . Waited all day promised would CC me but no notification sent ......Very frustrated !!!!

Horrible Web experience - Worse Customer Follow Up
Horrible experience. You can't find out when the installation is likely to be. To do that you have to buy and pay in full your £1k, then upload all your data, photos, videos, and then you get ignored. Nothing
For weeks.
No response to emails.
Still waiting. £1k out of pocket.
Still no contact, or indication of when I will get contacted.
The only indication of an installation was that they had next day available promoted on their website. HAHA! How misleading is that. Still have the screenshots.
Not something that Which should be allowing themselves to be connected to.
Update: Their response said to contact Customer services. This was done almost immediately after they responded on Trustpilot. Still no response. Another day goes by.....

Everytime I used the Pod Point supply
Everytime I used the Pod Point supply, I didnt find the app easy to navigate. I plugged the supply into my car & would leave it, only to find it would cut off after hardly any charge. Also, the fact that they are on the supermarket car parks, limits you to 2 hours, so you can only get a 'top up'.
I contacted Pod Point to explain the situation & they were very prompt in replying, asked me a few questions, which I answered, but didnt get to the bottom of it. Having said that, very helpful & refunded the balance from my account

I'm only giving 4 stars as it took ages from order to install, but on the day it was done brilliantly. I did offer to run the cables as the route was too high for the installer to do due to rules.
Once in, I had a question that was really quickly and expertly answered by Carmen - so overall really pleased.
Very patient and supportive.

Had the charger fitted in 2025 and I am very pleased with the product and service.I recently noticed one of the 3 screws fixing the charger to the wall had become detached and th charger is now loose and in danger of becoming detached from the wall. Needed helm at 1:45am and they were there. My charger had disconnected from wifi and become locked. Remote team were able to log in reset the unit and had my card charging in 15mins. Fantastic customer service and not expected so late at night.
