Generally very good. I have two niggles. One is that it took so long between first contact and payment, and installation. The second is that while the installing engineer was very good, he left without connecting the pod point to the app for us - or even explaining that he hadn't done it.
Jorge was fab. Sorted the issue with my home podpoint, stayed on the line to check it was working. Credit to podpoint too, customer service 24 hours a day. Impressive
We had issues getting the car to charge after a change in WiFi provider. We had to call the out of hours number but the call was answered and dealt with quickly. Apart from this one issue. Not had any other issues with my charger.
The fitter was friendly and did a great job and cleaned up after himself and explained how to use the pod point
A lovely Diana resolved my issue promptly. She talked me through everything step by step and explained why certain issues were happening. Very happy.
My review is specifically regarding a customer service experience, though I have to also say I've been very happy with Pod throughout my interaction from them when I first purchased a home-charger four years ago.
I phone the helpline with a relatively minor query and I was hugely impressed with the service I received from the customer support staff member, Jamella. She took the time to hear my issue and went out of her way to give me both a short-term fix as well as to escalate the matter to the relevant team for a long-term solution. Above all, she was warm, friendly and didn't give me scripted responses.
Helped out with connection issue straight away and been stable since. Thanks again!

I emailed to ask to move my installation date because we had booked a last minute holiday. Recieved a response saying the installation had been cancelled and someone would be in touch to re-book. Then got a reminder for my appointment on the original date so had to arrange for someone to be at my house on the day in case they came... which they did. The installation itself went fine and the guy was really helpful.

Just had solar fitted but pod didn't work so settings were changed remotely, good job guys.
Helped today by a lovely member of the POD point team. He was friendly, patient with me explaining me the issue and guiding me setting my email issues.

My call handler was Jamella Venzon who was able to rectify my issue with a slow charger within minutes of calling. Great service
Installation was seamless and the device looks good and works well. Unfortunately, the work produced dust which covered nearby cars, the technician refused responsibility suggesting the dust would be a different colour, it was evident that this is not the case. It was a shame that no advance warning was given by the technician and put on a dampener an otherwise decent installation.
Georgie fixed our problem quick as a flash so nice to have no unnecessary waiting
On our second attempt to load podpoint app onto an additional phone, I spoke on my husbands behalf with John who spent 20 mins successfully talking me through the whole process.
I had previously phone last Thursday and the lady I spoke to was extremely unhelpful.
John was extremely patient as I am not very tech savvy.
Excellent service . Really lovely installation engineer. Very tidy and cleaned up .
Pod Point were really helpful with me needing a fairly specific time slot, and on the day the engineer was exactly on time, friendly, professional and carried out the installation quickly. Definitely recommend.
