office don't talk to engineers
I had verbal conversations, texts and emails about the time the engineer should come. He texted when I was in the middle of a funeral and it seems he had not been told about the time issue.

Very good installation from Haydn. Arrived on time, texting ahead of time to confirm the appointment, and was polite and friendly. He explained the product in good detail and worked well under pressure to locate our earth bonding for the water so the job could go ahead.
