On our second attempt to load podpoint app onto an additional phone, I spoke on my husbands behalf with John who spent 20 mins successfully talking me through the whole process.
I had previously phone last Thursday and the lady I spoke to was extremely unhelpful.
John was extremely patient as I am not very tech savvy.
Excellent service . Really lovely installation engineer. Very tidy and cleaned up .
Pod Point were really helpful with me needing a fairly specific time slot, and on the day the engineer was exactly on time, friendly, professional and carried out the installation quickly. Definitely recommend.

Moved into a property with a podpoint 3 years ago bur didnt have an EV until now. Didnt realise everything needed to be moved to a new accoujt but podpoint services were excellent at helping me to do this. New car now charging nicely.

I confirmed my appointment for installation but they did not turn up, very frustrating when you have arranged a day off work. I was then given a date 5 weeks away with no way to charge my car at home. When it was finally fitted, there is a problem with it and it doesn’t work. Currently waiting on a repair.

Had to contact the company about a refund query on my account after an issue charging at one of their pod points.

Misleading & Badly Organised
Created a basket online but didn’t initially proceed. Literally within 10 minutes a salesman had emailed and called to follow-up.
The email from the salesman states installs within 1-2 weeks. My appointment is then confirmed for in 4 weeks time.
They email you a receipt which states an email address to email with any queries - which I do. An automated reply is received stating that’s not the way to make contact anymore. They just haven’t bothered to update there emails.
As soon as I can get a refund I’ll be off elsewhere

Speedy installation on the day by the technician. Sending the photos and videos was a bit of a faff and took a little while, but made the whole process smoother on the day. Post installation pairing with app was unclear and I had to call customer services for this. Some instructions for this would have made it quicker.

Bought a used podpoint and couldn’t get the original owner to approve my account.
So reluctantly I contacted customer support. The response was very quick and after sending some extra details to Daniel, Carl was back in touch to finish off the process for me. Painless! Not what I was expecting at all. So, thank you very much for this.
