Air jacket returned promptly

Air jacket serviced, cleaned and returned quickly, but unfortunately smelling strongly of dreadful artificial scent, which is still lingering nearly four weeks later.

Safety ensured

Genuine interest in my requirements, asked relevant details , advised the correct size , helpful and patient. My air jacket arrived within a day or two and is a perfect fit , comfortable and reassuring. I am 86 years old and with my air jacket hope to continue riding confidently and safely for as long as possible

Let down badly by their courier

Let down badly by their courier
Point two did in their defence rectify the late delivery by sending another by a different courier but obviously my delivery was still late and I needed the cannister.

Excellent service

I posted my jacket on the Wednesday for next day delivery and it was return to me on the Friday. It had been fully serviced - looked like new and with a replacement air bag and lanyard. Excellent service and turnround.

Easy to use website / booking and…

Easy to use website / booking and paying for service. Fast turnaround, and good communication. Just let down a little by the courier not delivering as requested to neighbour and not telling me that the package was behind garden gate. I appreciate this is not P2's fault
