Hi Andrew,
Customer has a history of leaving 1 star reviews, doesn't contact us, and then amends.
Customer sent one buylist, then confirmed in a follow up email would send two buylists which were outstanding, but had then apparently said he'd sent "3".
We had paid him out for his two previous buylists, as that was what was agreed, customer didn't provide shipping, didn't include details inside the box, and ultimately we followed up and paid out the 2 buylists that the customer confirmed he had sent in.
Miraculously there was a third buylist that he had sent - but not notified and it was included with the two he had agreed.
We asked for some time to check our CCTV to confirm which items, and if agreed we would then confirm payment.
Customer has constantly bullied, harassed and ultimately left this 1* review as his last ditch attempt.
If you look at his name on our trustpilot he has a history of leaving 1 star, then getting his own way and changing them to 4/5 star.
We won't be bullied any further.
We have issued his buylist payment without prejudice, and have blocked him from selling or buying in future.
I'm not usually one to react so negatively to a customer, but ultimately this customer has been nothing but abusive and threatening.
Great shop
Great shop, great community and great guy running it. Thanks Roger for making a safe space for collectors and making it possible for us to get things at retail in this crazy market. Received my items and I am a very happy customer / community member.

The owner is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, a pleasure to speak with. Products are always well packaged to prevent any damage occurring during the shipping process, and importantly, Items are sent quickly!
The store offers a vast product range from single cards through to sealed products, all priced extremely fairly with the end consumer in mind.
This will definitely be my favoured place to shop going forwards.
