Top seller for Pokemon cards. Does everything in such a fair way doing raffles for the most in demand products. Wish more sellers would do this.
Also has a fantastic community on discord. Very engaging, and just a good laugh.

I bought 2 packets of Guaranteed Hologram & Rare Pokémon cards from your company through Groupon in April! They were gifts for friends.
I raised a concern as they had not been delivered via Groupon Customer Support. I tracked them and they never even left for delivery. Groupon contacted yourselves and I received one email from yourselves saying you would resend them. It is now the end of June!!

I have never received them and not received any cancellation or refund or even a written apology and you are still offering the same deal out to customers on their site. If you have no stock then it would be better for you to tell customers that rather than 'Scam' them by taking their money and not delivering any goods. I have escalated this again with Groupons Customer Service. I am writing this through TrustPilot to warn other customers and to give you a chance to rectify this situation and SEND THE CARDS i ordered 2 MONTHS AGO or REFUND MY MONEY. Im not usually one for posting reviews but in this frustrating case I feel compelled to.

Thank you for your reply, strange how quickly you can reply in here, but not very quickly at all on Groupon. The cards definitely have not been delivered, I have sent photographic evidence already to Groupon Customer Support. They are investigating and I have given you & them more than the required time to resolve this. You are now 'in breach of Contract' for taking my money & not providing the goods paid for in the reasonable time expected. According to the delivery company tracking they never left for delivery. This review is not something I have done lightly and is honest. A concerned genuine company would at the very least be apologising and investigating this themselves instead of accusing their Customers of lying. The cards were for gifts for Pokémon fans, that I was excited to be giving them, as they never came I had to buy different presents, I now just want my money back, which I am entitled to. Sam

For once, a shop that can produce the goods time after time. I have been ordering since Nov last year, never had an issue.
All communication is professional and timely. All orders are pack perfect and on time every time.

Bought some Chinese Gem 4, seller was good with delivery updates. Item came in good condition and packaged well.

I’ve ordered a few times and whilst not received any items as they are pre orders, it’s more a review bout how fair he is with the price always at retail when possible and how he treats his community, we should be helping the smaller businesses out tcg specifically and help them grow can’t wait for the items I’ve ordered to come in the coming days/ weeks

Fantastic shop online with a good mix of English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese Pokemon cards all at great prices. Also selling the occasional sealed Pokemon TCG product at fantastic prices at RRP or very close to. Always happy to help with orders and any issues get sorted quickly. Fully recommended.

The experience was good. For a first time. Feel that speed of communication can be a bit quicker. Maybe a different alternative then email. Phoneline or whatsapp. Could be another way. But selling to them using there website was easy. Would come back to them again.

Emailed them late Saturday night to see if they'd purchase some of my cards. Responded the same night, had the parcel sent to them next day and then all paid for by Wednesday. Very efficient service and paid what they quoted so no complaints at all!

PokePals is by far my favourite TCG outlet, by a long shot. They always deliver on time and in perfect order (sealed and singles). Friendly and extremely helpful, I will continue to shop with them for all my future TCG endeavours and more.
Keep doing what you are doing Roger, you are doing a great job.

Would rate 10/10 to anyone wanting to jump on Pre-orders or aftermarket singles and sealed.

This is the worst store for buying Pokémon cards. Not only do they never deliver, but when you complain, they treat you terribly, rudely, and disrespectfully, and then they block you from contacting them. I absolutely do not recommend buying from here.
