Polar is ok, but hasn't kept up with the technology advancements like Garmin. I have the Polar Pace Pro. Firstly every few months you have to factory reset your watch because it stop synchronising wit... See more

Shocking Customer service
I have had Grit x for a year and had the notifications from my phone (i-phone 16 pro) switched on. Back in November my phone would not accept calls. I tried my service provider Vodafone (who were brilliant). Apple who sent me a new phone (brilliant). This lasted for 6 weeks. I missed supremely important calls (personal and business) and spent hours trying to resolve this. Eventually I found out it was a Polar software error (which they have now resolved) I raised a complaint several times and apart from an acknowledgement have not had a response. Shocking!!!!
When you have a faulty device that’s…
When you have a faulty device that’s less than a year old their customer services don’t want to know
Never again
I wish I had read the reviews before being foolish enough to spend over £250 on a fitness watch from this company. The product is unreliable, with inaccurate recordings (sleep, heart rate, etc.) and repeated failures, including during the warranty period. What followed was weeks of utterly useless customer service, particularly in the UK, causing extreme frustration and endless back-and-forth with no resolution. Dealing with them was exhausting and achieved nothing. Buy at your own peril if you’re prepared to lose both your money and your patience.
Bought the new Loop 2 what a load…
Bought the new Loop 2 what a load of rubbish rushed out , and doesnt work properly . this company is going downhill fast avoid if possible
Watch sucks h10 is good
Have the polar h10, that piece of equipment is good. But their watch sucks, never gives me the right heartbeat while I’m working out. NEVER
Programmed obsolescence?
If you don't mind spending hundred of GBP every three years on a new watch, Polar offers decent tech for sports watches. I needed for triathlon, and multisport watches are fewer and farther between. Found the Vantage M2. It worked great until a couple of weeks after end of warranty. Then GPS stopped working. At the same time, within warranty, my wife's Ignite 2 malfunctioned as well. Polar sent a new watch to my wife without much hassle. I was told to factory reset, and this had it work fine again... for a period. The ridiculous situation came recently when the function button on both watches stopped working at exactly the same time, without any of the watches having been exposed to anything unusual. Coincidence??? ...hmmm....
1 star for good and easy to use tech.
1 star for customer service - I don't have the same negative experience as many others here.
But stopping to work after just three years, that's absurd...
I have just ordered another sports watch to be delivered...it's NOT a Polar watch, and it will never be Polar again...unless the other brand also operate with what could be programmed obsolescence. I'll let you know in three years
Purchased a Polar Vantage M brand new - only lasted 3 years
Purchased a Polar Vantage M brand new. Lasted 3.5 years worked very well. Then the left bottom button just stopped working. Watch was looked after no impacts. Polar basically said too bad its 3 years old no warranty and not repairable. This is suppose to be a sports watch this button should never have failed, the watch is not fit for purpose. I am of the opinion that this problem still exists to this day across their watches. In my experience Polar do not stand behind their product and do not care about their customers. I do not recommend this brand watch - buy Polar at your own risk!
Buy nothing from this company
Buy nothing from this company. I bought a watch which failed after a week. Contacted "Customer Service" had an email saying they would be in touch and now nothing, two weeks later. I have now found out they do not even have a Customer5 Service department. Fajke company. Fake products. Steer clear.
Bought new Polar Loop 3 months ago
Bought new Polar Loop 3 months ago, had nothing but problems since having it, not been working for 3 weeks, and customer service is pathetic!
Worst customer service experience
I have bought several products from Polar, the last was Polar Vantage V2. A great watch when it worked. When it was brand new i got some problem with it. It turned off with over 10% battery, some times it freezed. Polar took it back one time to fix it, the next time they just sad i had to connect it to a computer and do a hard reset. After much frustration with customer service i just started to do it every time i got a problem. It was very frustrating that i always had to remember to have more than 40% power before running etc in fear of a "black out" on the watch. This was around 12-15 months after I bought the clock.
In november the clock would not charge anymore. By norwegian law a product that should last more than 3 years have 5 years "window" for getting the seller to fix or replace the equipment. So i was good, but the only offer from Polar is 30% discount on a new watch or cash 10% of the price.
I will never again buy any product form Polar, my tip to everyone that ever ask me is to stay clear of Polar. The products are not that bad, but the customer service is awful.
I bought polar loop in November
I bought polar loop in November. I’ve had nothing but trouble with it. It won’t sync at all now and I’ve sent 6/7 emails over past 2 weeks with no answer. I will never buy from them again. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
I just want a refund for my defective product.
Don,t buy Polar smartwatch, because POLAR are not smart service.
I had bought two watch straps for the Polar Grit x Pro, which I was going to give as a Christmas present. When they arrived, I had put them in a drawer and didn't look at them anymore. When I was going to wrap them up, I saw that I had ordered the wrong width of strap. I had ordered 20mm instead of 22mm. I tried to get them exchanged at Polar, but it was completely impossible. They apologized by saying that I had to return them within 14 days. They have no idea what customer service and flexibility are. It is simply completely absent. I recommend that anyone considering a Polar smartwatch think twice. Our watches are going to the trash, in favor of GARMIN.
Don,t buy Polar!
Awful customer service
Awful customer service, device has sync issues and the app is awful, wouldnt accept a return or give a refund
My Polar Ignite stopped responding
My Polar Ignite stopped responding, so after following all the suggested fixes I contacted Polar via Webchat on Friday. I was asked to send a video of the issue and proof of purchase. The watch was just over 2.5 years old and was in great condition. The case was escalated and on Monday I was offered a voucher to purchase a new watch.
New watch has arrived today and although I had to put a nominal amount to get the one I wanted I've been really impressed by their service. This is my fourth Polar watch and won't be my last.
Very Horrible Watch, Do not Recommend
Very poor Watch, I do not recommend buying Polar
Touch Screen Failed twice
First time it was under warranty 1 year and 3 months after the first Purchase, Replaced with Brand new Watch, they cannot Repair the Watch
Second time is 2 years 3 months and outside of warranty and will most probably not replace just sit back and say "sorry Sir it is outside the Warranty Period"
Now the big Question do Polar only make watched that last till just outside the Warranty period of 2 years, even though it is an expensive watch?

I've had five polar h10s
I've had five polar h10s. They work fine ,when they work. You have to buy a new one every two years because they don't last any longer than that. I'm tired of buying something every two years, I think it's planned obsolescence. My last one died two days after the date of warranty. In my opinion, they owe me at least one new one free, there must be a better alternative that lasts longer.
I Guess these other 1 star reviews say it…
Guess these other 1 star reviews say it all. My device is BRAND NEW and already malfunctioning. No support, reinstall this, reset that, nothing works. Sorry you're past your 14 day return so too bad. Ummmm have you not heard of a warranty? It's not fit for purpose. So A chargeback is now in place I guess.
This device would not connect to phone
This device would not connect other my iphone and customer service with this company is nonexistent . I will never buy another of their products.
Quite comfortably the worst customer…
Quite comfortably the worst customer service I've ever experienced - predominantly as I am completely unable to reach out.
