At last today I my self uploaded the video on Policy Bazar portal after that I am trying to contact with policy bazar representative on toll free number 18002585970 every time msg receiving our technical team are busy please call after some.
Now I am very frustrated with PB.

It's a sales business scam. Investors money wasted in Stupid funds. Very unprofessional people. Bombard DM's with messages during signup and later they never care about any requests.
Most of the advisors aren't even qualified for giving market investment advice. Bad performance of the fund policies.

When I purchased the car policy the PB agent informed me that I will getting Amazon voucher aed50 but when my policy issue they give me only aed40 Amazon voucher after raising complaint more than 15days I didn’t receive remaining voucher just be careful they don’t fulfill what they promised only want to sell the policy Dec2025

I receive an excessive number of spam calls from Policybazaar. I mistakenly answered one call just once, and after that, I started getting continuous calls from different numbers.
Even after clearly telling them that I am not interested in a credit card, the calls do not stop. This feels like harassment. Repeatedly calling someone and forcing products on them is not acceptable at all.
Such aggressive telemarketing creates a very negative experience and damages trust. Policybazaar should respect customer privacy and stop disturbing people who have already said no.
Policy bazaar really supports and helps it's customers. I didn't receive my claim reimbursement which was paid through car showroom service. Then I called up policy bazaar and the Claim advisor Shweta (emp id PW44659 ) took up the issue. Even I received the claim Id within 3,4 days. Claim advisor Shweta always kept in touch with this issue and within a week I got the claim amount credited to my account. Thanks Ms Shweta (emp id PW44659). Thank you Policy bazaar.

It was a good experience with Shanu PW71399, I don't know who initiated intimation of my claim, one thing that they failed to mention during intimation of the claim that the incident should be very descriptive otherwise the claim may not be fully approved. This is the fault of the organisation if employees are not trained properly
Talking about behaviour and follow-up I would give 5 star.

Shanu PW71399 offered good support through the process. There were some initial hiccups but Shanu handled it well and I had no issues with the whole claim process. Definitely recommend Policy bazaar
