The bag came a day earlier than I…
The bag came a day earlier than I expected, safely and beautifully wrapped. The leather feels really soft and supple, and the size is perfect for my needs (I got the original). I deliberated for ages over the colour and opted for Burnt Orange, and it will go with lots of outfits. I’ll definitely be ordering again and will probably go for a pastel next time.

Received my order yesterday, there was some kind of glitch on website and I was missing the free straps and the shopping tote, emailed customer service and had a response within 5 minutes, asking me to provide links in the email for my chosen straps and tote, delivered today. Quality leather bags
I love the increased variety of shapes, sizes and colours of bags, knowing that they are all quality leather. Those with interchangeable straps are infinitely customisable, and there is a bag for everyone. Customer service seems very personal, and love the introduction of the perks points. Just added the Lulworth tote to my collection today, which I will use as a work bag to fit my laptop in.

I adore my Pom Pom London bags
I adore my Pom Pom London bags. I started out with a cross body city bag. Then I added a bum bag to the collection, and I’ve just become owner of a second bum bag in another colour. I love the quality of the leather and craftsmanship. The extra straps also allow me to change my look with ease. Tge dust bags are great quality and the little Pom pins are such a nice feature. I am a happy happy customer and highly recommend.

First time buyer
The only question I have is: why have I waited so long to order?? My slate blue original bag and accessories arrived today and I am in LOVE!! I adore the colour which will go perfectly with the jeans I wear most days, and I adore the idea of being able to change the straps, and the look of the bag at will. And it smells heavenly!!
