We ordered a solar blanket and it came ripped along the edge. We contacted Pool Supplies Canada with pictures and they said to cut the blanket in half to show proof of destroy and they would send us a new one. As anyone who owns a pool knows, disposal of solar blankets is difficult. They don't fit in a garbage. They are difficult to haul to the dump and then of course there is the dumping fee and environmental impact due to the fact they only last a few years. We wrote back asking instead for a discount and offering to keep the damaged product. We expected to receive at least 50% back as we are saving them the cost of supplying a new product and shipping fees. They offered us $20. What a joke! Can't see us using them again in the future.

I purchased a solar reel kit and solar blanket and made sure I asked their customer service agent if the solar blanket would work well with the solar reel kit I ordered and I was told it was. Well one full season later it broke so it didn't? When making a warranty claim on the "5 year warranty" Pool Supplies Canada did very little to represent me against the supplier of the product they promote and sell? I am extremely dissapointed in this company. Canadian companies need to do better.

UPDATE: I recently received a call from Raylynne H. Pool Supplies Canada's After Sales Care Supervisor who intervened on my behalf and they are now sending a replacement tube under warranty. I am very appreciative of Raylynne's follow-up and resolution of my problem. Consequently I am changing my review to 5 Stars accordingly and remain a satisfied and loyal Pool Supplies Canada customer. This experience has shown me that Canadian companies ARE willing to do better.

Worst customer service ever! I bought a filter from them to replace my 40 year old steel one. It lasted a year and the plastic housing started leaking on the seam and then got worse. Osamu and Makenna from Pool Supplies Canada told me I was over my 1 year warranty period and refused to replace the defective product. When I called their competition at Toronto Pool Supplies, I was told this was a known defect that Carvin the manufacturer knew about and would replace. I contacted Carvin directly and they said no problem with the replacement. The only thing I got from Pool Supplies Canada was more advertising in my inbox trying to sell me more more more. Will never use them again.

I recently purchased a new pool robot cleaner from Pool Supplies Canada. I have been doing on-line research trying to determine the best option for my needs. Natasha K from Pool Supplies was excellent in narrowing down my best options and providing solid feedback on each recommended product features, track record and strengths. Given how we use our pool, our personal preferences in how we wish to clean it, pool size and our proximity to debris, I am much more confident about our purchase. Their experience and insight was valuable and I do plan on continuing to rely on Natasha and Pool Supplies for future support, insight and purchases.

Have always received purchases in a timely manner. Recently had a warranty issue with a product and Pool Supplies Canada handled the warranty return and replacement very fast and made the process very easy.

I built a cedar hot tub and have been using them to design the pump, sanitation and filtration system. They have been extremely helpful and readily available to answer questions. Compared to their competitors their service has been excellent.

They provide fast shipping at great prices, BUT they remove their google review, you know why ? Because some people were reporting that they change or delete bad product review on their website.
Well, it's not uncommon practice, but it's shady, especially for pool product, because nowadays they are low quality and very high price for quality.

Made a substantial order including a winter cover Sept 2023 and 12 water bags. The winter cover is great and as described.

Water bags are poor quality and the company makes it very hard to get a refund on sub par merchandise. I have submitted 3 refund requests and completed all the steps they required. I still have not received a refund. My pool has been closed for a month and now the 5 remaining water bags are also not holding water.

Terrible customer service and this company does not stand behind their products.

I appreciate the quick and excellent help to my pool pump issue I got from Natasha K of Pool Supplies Canada. Not only was she very polite in our discussions, but also very knowledgeable on Pool Supplies Canada products. She resolved my issue within a day or so.

I will definitely be back to Pool Supplies Canada for all my future pool supply needs,

I have made some large to me purchases at discount prices from Pool Supplies Canada I am very pleased with each item recieved exactly as described or better than local my area of Orillia/Barrie pool stores The delivery time is fast I had to ask for a refund and I was reimbursed immediately with no issues I bought a Raypak heat pump works amazing a new liner quality at discount prices The customer service people are organized patient clear and concise Fantastic People at Pool Supplie Canada 🇨🇦 They have my business hands down !!

I have been dealing with Pool Supplies Canada for 10 years and recommend them to all my friends and family. Very good pricing, extremely fast shipping, and a wide variety of selection. I have had a 3rd party manufacturer defect on a pump I purchased before and Pool Supplies Canada had a replacement shipped next day at no cost to me. Highly recommend!

I had a problem with my robot pool cleaner. Pool Supplies Canada's after-sales customer service team is excellent. Throughout the process, everyone was kind, professional and efficient. Osamu was a great help in solving my problem.

I've used pool supplies Canada on 3 separate occasions in the past 3 years. Pool liner and main drains/fittings the first time, filter head (Hayward) the second time, and my gas pool heater this time.
EVERY TIME the products are quick, well wrapped, and delivered in good condition. I don't know if they always use day/Ross shipping but the driver who brought my heater to my garage last night was top notch. Polite, respectful, and took his time to get it to me in very good condition. I was impressed enough to take this time to input this review. Thank you to both companies.

From the get go the people at poolsuppliescanada were great ! Dealing w Paul who listened to my plans and expectations made buying the right pool easy as could be. Even now, months later hes there responding in minutes to my questions. On the support end, Natasha has been so good to deal with. We had some extras we didnt use and she made the return/refund process simple. We had one small piece missing from the order that she took care of the same day I emailed her. Very happy. The only reason for the missing 5th star is due to the delivery of the package. Fedex handed it off to Gardewine who failed to contact me to set up delivery options which led to me having to unpack all the items left in my driveway (in march) on my own. Besides that, I would highly recommend it !
