Do not buy custom liner from them! Purchased a custom size liner for ~$3K, with custom sizes. They modified my measurements without communication and sent me a liner that doesn’t fit my pool (few inches short) Won’t take it back as it is a custom product. Horrible service and support.

My experience with Pool Supplies Canada started when i bought a house with swimming pool and i have no clue about pools at home .. i was so lucky to know Andy in pool supplies canada who advised me how to maintain my pool and sent his team to open/ close , provide best solar blanket and arranged for heater repairing with best affordable price that I couldn’t get from 4 other pools companies

I ordered Oasis drop-in stairs for my inground on sale in October 2022. The box was delivered with a tear in the bottom of the railing box and thought it was just the railings that caused the tear. I just opened the box to install stairs and found two(2) parts missing. I called Pool Supplies Canada to report the missing parts and they wanted pictures of the box and suggested I missed a box, Im not stupid only one box. I found the parts online which I ordered for an additional $44.00 after spending $1100. on the stairs. I've spent thousands of dollars at Pool Supplies Canada with no issues but you know the old saying,"You're as good as your last mistake"! This was my last purchase from Pool Supplies Canada.

Ordered a replacement battery for my blue connect said 3 to 5 weeks and came in two days after ordering. Great and fast service.

Just awfull! Bought for 500$ And found out there were 3 HOLES in my brand new liner and worst it’s impossible to reach them!
NO service at all, i will never use the site again and strongly NOT recommend it!!!

I ordered a Hayward Pool Heater , the exact same model as I currently had to be replaced. When my pool heater contractor arrived he called Hayward to confirm that they could switch the inlet valves on the heater as was done on the older unit. Hayward advised that they changed the design in the last 12 months and this feature was no longer available BUT they did did not change the Model # ????

SO I had to return the Hayward heater and order a heater from a different mfg that had this ability to switch the inlet valves.

So Pool Supply Canada charged me $250 for return freight and a $387 re-boxing fee ( $637 total ) and the Heater was never un-packaged !

The issue stemmed from Pool Supply Canada not specifying on their website that this Model had changed ( though the model # was the same )

So I got stuck with a $637 bill -

The Company has just credited me back with the re-Packing fee. Very Nice :)

I have ordered from them many times and I always happy with their products and delivery time. Thank you very much for your service.
