I just spoke with Katie on the phone & she put my mind at ease and took my fear of being scammed away. She took the time to answer all my questions. I will for sure be ordering again in the very near future.

Austin was great, my box is great, we were able to confirm delivery and my son really loved the box. It seems like they're pretty good, I didn't win a prize but I liked the WIld card box better than the blue one. Great customers support and fast shipping once we got an address issue resolved.

Very disappointed in the mystery box. It didn’t come on time it came 15 days after the promised time, and nothing but garbage  so disappointed.   Will never order from them again!

Nina is amazing, she replied to my message about my order. It was a quick reply. She is fixing my order. Can't wait to get my boxes.

I love that the email I sent customer service was answered in a timely fashion. Nina replied and even though I have yet to receive my mystery box because the store went viral. I would definitely buy again. I will post a review once I receive the mystery box. Still good company though.

The full mystery of the boxes made these a compelling and exciting purchase. So much so that we have a subscription for the Pipsqueak box; my pips absolutely love receiving something just for them each month. I can’t forget about the customer service! Impeccable communication and fast to resolve questions and concerns - if you should ever need them I hope it’s Nina as she is tops.

Would like to say i had a good interaction with this company. I had a question about shipping ajd tracking. Emailed customer support and within 3 mins Nina emailed me back and answered my questions was a good expirience will do buisness with them again.

Love mystery boxes and was not disappointed. Lots of items we could use and some we can sell. Definitely got more than what we paid! Can't wait til we can afford to order again (on fixed income).

I placed my order on June 12, 2026 and as of July 22, 2026, I still not received it. I contacted customer service several times, and each time I was assured that my order would be placed on the priority list. However, after more than a month of waiting, I was informed due to the company's high volume of orders, I would need to resolve the matter through my bank. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, and Poor customer service. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I have received excellent customer service from Nina! My order was delayed and she was very understanding and apologetic for causing me frustration, she assured me she would make sure label was created and shipped tomorrow. I received my confirmation of label being created from Shop app and will update when I receive! Good customer service is hard to come by these days, thank you Nina! You are very appreciated!

I had inquired about a box ordered in June with an expected shipment date of June 14th. I received a message from someone named Austin , he requested my order number and said he would look into it. Within 5 minutes he said he found the order ans was printing shipping label. Then I got an e mail with the shipping info and that it was being v shipped tomorrow. Austin is already asset to your company.

I placed an order but no updates on my shipment. I reached out to porch Pirates and Austin messaged me back. He found my order and promised it would be sent out tomorrow. It was after hours and I truly appreciate a business that goes beyond their schedules to help.

I received my very first box and I loved what I got. Nice verity. Was definitely worth the money.

I ordered the health and wellness box and there was nothing in there that was worth having. Some of the stuff you couldn't even get the lid off of and somethings didn't even know what they were for. Got a very cheap set of off brand makeup. I could have went to dollar tree and got what I got for a lot less than what I paid. Lesson learned. I will not believe what I see online about this place no more. And yes it took awhile to get my package.

Really good boxes, shipping on the second order was super fast this time. Austin is great, customer support was top notch even on a saturday! five stars!

Really good boxes, got more than my $300 worth. Wild card box was better than the silver box, had a $800 speaker system inside that was brand new. Took about 4 days to arrive with express shipping so it was worth the $30 extra bucks. Service team was friendly when they reached out to confirm my address. Will buy again.
