Porch Pirates Mystery Boxes Reviews 

I placed my order on June 12, 2026 and as of July 22, 2026, I still not received it. I contacted customer service several times, and each time I was assured that my order would be placed on the priority list. However, after more than a month of waiting, I was informed due to the company's high volume of orders, I would need to resolve the matter through my bank. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, and Poor customer service. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I have received excellent customer service from Nina! My order was delayed and she was very understanding and apologetic for causing me frustration, she assured me she would make sure label was created and shipped tomorrow. I received my confirmation of label being created from Shop app and will update when I receive! Good customer service is hard to come by these days, thank you Nina! You are very appreciated!

I had inquired about a box ordered in June with an expected shipment date of June 14th. I received a message from someone named Austin , he requested my order number and said he would look into it. Within 5 minutes he said he found the order ans was printing shipping label. Then I got an e mail with the shipping info and that it was being v shipped tomorrow. Austin is already asset to your company.

I placed an order but no updates on my shipment. I reached out to porch Pirates and Austin messaged me back. He found my order and promised it would be sent out tomorrow. It was after hours and I truly appreciate a business that goes beyond their schedules to help.

I received my very first box and I loved what I got. Nice verity. Was definitely worth the money.

I ordered the health and wellness box and there was nothing in there that was worth having. Some of the stuff you couldn't even get the lid off of and somethings didn't even know what they were for. Got a very cheap set of off brand makeup. I could have went to dollar tree and got what I got for a lot less than what I paid. Lesson learned. I will not believe what I see online about this place no more. And yes it took awhile to get my package.

Really good boxes, shipping on the second order was super fast this time. Austin is great, customer support was top notch even on a saturday! five stars!

Really good boxes, got more than my $300 worth. Wild card box was better than the silver box, had a $800 speaker system inside that was brand new. Took about 4 days to arrive with express shipping so it was worth the $30 extra bucks. Service team was friendly when they reached out to confirm my address. Will buy again.

I just received my fourth Porch Pirates Mystery Box order. I feel like a lot of people throw a tantrum because they expect to win a prize on their first box or so, but we WON a brand new PS5. My son is over the moon. Unfortunately, my wife's pink box was destroyed by UPS and it looked like someone had opened it up on the way here. I called Porch Pirates and was able to speak to the owner, Austin, himself! He got me another box on the road right away. It's been about a year since I've been buying from porch pirates, and they're the only mystery box company that actually picks up the phone, handles issues, and cares. I have seen MASSIVE improvements in both the speed of delivery, the customer support and the quality of their boxes. You've earned a subscriber today pirate crew! Thanks for the PS5 :)))

Still never received. Since 6/21/26. It’s 7/16/26. It’s supposed to arrive today.

I was supposed to receive my order June 29th, but here it was July 15th and nothing and no shipping information. I reached out to Customer Service and Nina was right back to me within an hour. Due to the advertising on Facebook, their business has exploded and orders are backed up. She said she would put a priority on mine so that it does get shipped. I told her I thought that may be the case but wanted to make sure I didn't have a real "porch pirate". ☺Nina did a great job and made me feel at ease and may have appreciated my little joke, lol, but maybe not. I was more worried because I am so excited to see what I am going to get!!

Nina in Customer Service is great! Super fast in responding to my inquiry. Looking forward to getting my first box from Porch Pirates!

My order had been delayed but I reached out to customer service and within minutes Nina was already solving the issue. I really appreciate her prompt response and willingness to get me a resolution fast. Thanks again Nina!

I had been concerned about my order and I reached out by email. I was then contacted by Nina who apologized for the delay. Explained that they have become very busy and are working very hard to get the orders out and have happy customers. Nina assured me , my order will be handled soon. I appreciated her quick response. I will do another review after I receive my order. Looking forward to it !

Slow in recieving,but Heidi responded to my questions as to why quickly and politely. I look forward to receiving my box.

I haven't gotten my boxes yet .. but I know I will enjoy them when I do get them

UPDATE: THEY reached out to me after my posted review and offered a full refund if I removed my 1 star review. I declined and said I stand by my review. I also have screenshots of the entire conversation. Not once did I ask for a "luxury " purse.
I ordered a beauty and wellness mystery box and thats not what I recieved. Instead I got a bunch of useless temu garbage. Some of the items even appeared used. Lesson learned.
