A complete scam. I wish I had read the reviews. I ordered some clothing but have never received it. I have tried contacting them but never get a reply. I will ask for a refund but ultimately I don’t expect to receive anything.

Fell for social media ad.
The ‘velvet’ blouse was cheap and enormous (size small)
You can return but have to pay to get it to China! Or
You can pay another £10 to get an exchange!
It’s a scam.

Jacket not the one pictured- if you want to return you have to pay postage to China - total scammers - avoid!

Same as everyone else here - fell for the ad. Product is awful and return is to China. Just don't bother.

I ordered a jacket for my dementia suffering wife on 13November because she liked the picture, it still hasn’t arrived despite several attempts at chasing it via email, this Company is betraying that it is based in London, trust me it isn’t, my advice is to avoid this company at all costs, give it a wide birth as it appears to be a scam..

Products are misrepresented. They are low cost rubbish.

When you complain they insist you return to China at your cost.

JUST STAY CLEAR.

Really wish I had had the brains to read the reviews, I assumed (naively) from the advertisement that it was a British company. RUBBISH. What a shame and what a lot of money........... very, very angry about this. Still waiting for what I know is going to be tat.

I fell for an Instagram ad. Ordered some clothes. Their website states, "We love our products and we're sure you will too! That's why we offer a risk-free trial period of 30 days. If you don't love our products, we'll give you your money back."

One item arrived with parts missing, the rest were not as described or of shoddy quality. The customer service is awful. They insisted I send the items back to China before I get a refund. The postage is £56!

My card provider won't dispute until I provide evidence of return postage.

I don't know how to get my money back.

Ordered what was advertised as a soft, Irish sweater with a very specific northern pattern. Once the item arrived, it looked nothing like the photo online, the colours, patterns and shape were entirely different and the material was cheap and lumpy.

Despite being called Porter London, this place is not from the UK, it's in China, which I only realised after the order took forever to arrive. This place is a scam - do not spend your money here.

I ordered a Christmas jumper from Porter London, stupidly not checking their reviews. When my parcel arrived from China the top was nothing like the photo. It is a hideous nylon t-shirt 😱

I am not recommending to nobody, I ordered a boots and not good quality, they send from china. To send back I need to pay for shipping and I am not sure if I will get my money back. Not good service not good quality

Stay clear; product sizes are all over the place. Customer service is harassing. Returning is impossible. Don't fall for the name Porter London. It is cheap rubbish from China. I will be contacting my credit card.

Trust all the review's that you see here, faking it to appear to be from London and they are not, from China and have to submit return at own cost, never seen such rubbish, £36 for a jumper that turns up poor fabric and actually printed.
Actually looked on the website and appear on there as based in London as I would never have bought, knowing it was from China had better of Shein and Temu, total scam

Think these are also Muse-London.
I paid with PayPal and got my money back so beware.
They should all be taken down.

Wow how bad are these guys! I should have read the reviews. They want me to return the item, so incredibly small for a medium, at my own cost back to China!

But they market themselves as Porter-London. What a joke! Keep trying to get me to keep the item I can’t wear for 20/25% refund only. I would use every means you can to alert people and put them out of business. I’m going to start with Trading Standards.

They can for starters not pretent they are in London but originate in China. Secondly they can put clearly labelled specific measurements on cm or inches where they can easily be found and seen by customers and lastly they can refrain from putting up FAKE TRUSTPILOT postings and instead post the ones seen here! Any amount of trust will bring these vile scammers to their knees.

Spent £45.99 on boots . They look cheap and definitely not worth the price. Took around 2 weeks to arrive. Emailed to ask for a refund and was offered 20% of my money back or if I buy another pair it'll cost me £9 . To save co2 emissions and the environment apparently. Why would I keep a pair of boots that are no good to me and spend money on another pair that are likely to be awful quality. Definitely not for refunding me. Don't waste you're well earned cash. Disappointing. Instead of knitted sweater got printed low quality long sleeve t-shirt. The website makes it looks like a UK-based business with trustpilot rating of 4.5, offering free delivery within UK and 30 days free return. However, the shipment is from China not within UK. Trying to return the item and I was offered 20% back without shipping the item or to pay extra £9.90 and order different product. Waiting for the response to my request of free return label and full refund as promised…

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. SHOCKING QUALITY. FALSE ADVERTISING. FALSE DESCRIPTIONS. NO RETURNS POLICY. HAD TO QUOTE CONSUMER RIGHTS TO MAKE A RETURN AND PAY OVER £30 TO RETURN TO CHINA. DISGUSTING.
Brought what is described as KNITTED jumper with REINFORCED elbow pads to get some cheap t-shirt material PRINTED with a knitted pattern and elbow pads. NOT AS DESCRIBED. ALL REVIEWS ON THE WEBSITE I BELIEVE ARE FAKE. AVOID AT ALL COST.
