lovely prints, great price and wonderful customer service - what's not to like?

Ordered 2 canvas prints for my daughter, price was great compared to other companies. Received an email to say the item was on its way however 8 days later the tracking link still didn't work so emailed customer services who responded within a few hours with a polite, friendly email advising me of some delays. 2 days later the item was due to be delivered by UPS however I was at work so re-diverted for 3 days after to a parcel shop collection point. On collecting the packaging was pristine and had clearly been handled with care. There was no protective material between the 2 canvas prints which I was a bit concerned about but the prints were absolutely fine and are of a lovely quality. I was worried after I looked at some reviews on here but I didn't need to worry and would happily order again. Thankyou Posterlounge!

Illegaly holding back money and order

They never notified me about my package, and just kept my money. I can remove my negative review when getting a refund, but this kind of activity is criminal stay far away!!!

According to our records, we informed you by email that your original shipment had unfortunately been lost in transit. As a result, we immediately arranged for your order to be reproduced and shipped again at no additional cost to you.

When the replacement shipment was returned to us, we contacted you and, following your request, sent the order out once more.
The order is once again in transit and we sent you a shipping confirmation, so that you can track it. 

We have made every effort to ensure that you receive your order and have covered all additional production and shipping costs ourselves. 
We understand how frustrating repeated delivery issues can be, especially when they are outside of your control, and we truly regret the inconvenience this has caused you.

Zero respect for customers

Neither the website, nor email specifided delivery time, so I called customer service. As I was informed there is skill 10 days left for my parcel to arrive, I wanted to cancel one item, which was supposed to be a gift (needed earlier than in 10 days). This was not possible. Moreover, 10 days later, my parcel was not even been dispatched.
I do not recommend this website if you respect yourself.

Fast shipping &ok print

It was fast shipping. Well packed posters. Very good print paper. One star less because I expected " sharper" print. But maybe that' s as goid as it gets or can. I am not expert in printers.

Pixelised poster

Charged almost €100 for absolute garbage of a print. They took tiny 500px image and printed it over a 100*150 poster. I threw it away immediately. Never again.

The definition of large poster we…

The definition of large poster we received is very bad, to much pixels are visible on picture, fully insastified with this order.

So fast!

We print all designs in art print quality on 250 g/m2 premium paper. The coated surface has a slight shine to it creating a classy finish. As we use high-quality UV inks from Canon, especially designed for digital printing, you can be sure that our posters are consistent in colour and very durable.

We have already reached out to you directly to find a solution, but unfortunately, we have not yet received the requested photos needed to assess the issue further. In order to offer a suitable resolution, we kindly ask you to provide us with images showing the damage or defect.
Alternatively, you are of course welcome to return the items free of charge if you are not satisfied. Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund accordingly.
