Good to use in Australia and Thailand. Now need it for Mexico except the card doesn't do Peso. I am disappointed as I have to make alternative arrangements.

Easy card to order. Very good app to see your balance, and easy to top up.

This is my original review a few days ago:
First time of used the Post Office travel car. Adding funds to the card is straightforward and and not having a bank account linked to the card is a great feature.
The transactions view are instant so keeping track of expenses is easy.
This card is so much easier than carrying around currency notes and coins.
I now amend it:
I paid a security deposit at a Zurich hotel 13th September 26, they put through the refund 14th September 26 and yet today (18th September 36) the v refund has not been credited to my Travel Card. Post Office - are you responsible? My travel card has over CHF 500 and yet there doesn't appear to be an easy way to have this amount transferred back to my linked bank account, and YES, I have swapped the amount back to Sterling! Very disappointing 😞

I ordered some euros BUT there is nowhere to put what denominations you want. I immediately responded to the order confirmation, asking for 2 x Euro100 bills, to give as part of a wedding present. I end up with a wad of notes, a 50, 6 x 20's and 6 5's. yeh, really impressive service.
More buck passing, what can't they forward my complaint?

Easy to top up with no need to go to a money shop for your holiday money.

Great card , easy to top up , helpful to review balance whilst on holiday

Tried to pay a hotel drinks bill, over 350 euros on the card and the post office declined 3 times to authorise payment although correct code entered. Total waste of time will be withdrawing money from card.

Useless stuck abroad and been unable to get any money. Keeps saying pin and passcode are incorrect. I have sent messages but still been unable to get any euros from my account. I am now waiting confirmation on both counts as I don't want to be locked out again.
I am deaf as well but they still keep telling me to ring!!!

Card is ok but it's very difficult to top up
Have tried over five times
Not an issue with my bank the issue is with the IT system at the post office, sometimes it works other times it a bit clunky.
Am lucky I use a card with my bank, so probably will not renew Post office and either go with another provider or just use my bank

Easy process to obtain and load your card.
Not used it in earnest yet but think it will be secure and easy to use.
Trust the transfer of currency will be an added benefit

Post Office customer service was very helpful. My card was a gift in the giver’s email. They swapped the emails no problem, gave me the pin and I can top up the card before my holiday

The Travel Card and website work flawlessly, but the mobile app is absolutely useless. Every time I try to use it it says "Sorry, there is a system error, please try again later". No matter how many times I try, or however many times I delete and reinstall the app, it still throws up the error message. So my advice to anyone thinking of installing the app is to make sure you have the website saved in your browser, because chances are you are going to need it.
