The necklace I ordered is beautiful, lovely and dainty looking. The customer service has really let the whole experience down though. I received my order with the pink gift pouch and this arrived dirty and with a black mark on. As the necklace is a 40th birthday gift, I have tried contacting Potiega's customer service team on 2 occasions to resolve this issue but I haven't received a response to date. It seems the after sales service is non-existent and for this reason, I wouldn't recommend.

Try to get the correct address even when I e mailed you with the correct address as you requested and still no order arrived,very poor service

The gift arrived earlier than expected so I was pleased. The quality of the jewellery, though I have not physically seen it my self, appears as shown on the website. The two points that didn't make this review a 5 is as follows: 1 Even though it was sent as a gift, Information about gift box pricing was included. 2 There was no detailed card explaining the birthstones, or what the infinity symbol represents. I had to explain it myself. Both these points lessen Brand Image and service delivery.

I purchased a Goddess symbol necklace from Potiega; the ordering process was simple, the delivery time reasonable and the necklace itself is perfect, subtly beautiful. The chain has an extension section which allows it to be placed higher or lower on my chest, depending upon what I'm wearing or how I'm feeling. The chain is equally as subtle as the pendant, all in all, I would recommend it to anyone, a truly beautiful piece which I'm so pleased I found.

Initially had some issues getting in contact trying to sort a refund for a gifted item. However, once I was able to speak to someone they explained the delay in communication and sorted the issue for me promptly.

Happy with my purchases, and I am sure my Daughter and Niece will be to, as I bought as gifts!

Absolutely beautiful piece of jewellery for my husband. The quality is excellent and the personalisation made it even more special. It came in a beautiful gift box with a spare gift pouch for another option. I loved that I was able to write a personal note which they sent in a cute little card. Would highly recommend this company.

A late order for a birthday present, ordered on line with back up phone call, taken as priority and delivered as asked in time, brilliant service

I was very pleased with my purchase of the cufflinks, I thought they were a little on the small side but we’ll wait to see you at my son has to say.
I did ask that the package be left with a neighbour if I was not in but it was left at my door which was a bit of a security risk
Overall, I think the quality is very good and I am pleased thank you
