Appalling after-sales service. I ordered a ForceUSA Magnetic Landmine on 17 August 2026. It arrived on 2 September with the magnetic hitch pin missing, and I reported it that same day.

On 10 September, Fitshop told me they had asked the manufacturer to send the missing parts directly. Nothing arrived. I chased again on 26 September and spoke to them again last week. Their response on 30 September was another apology and another assurance that they were chasing ForceUSA.

As of 7 October, I still have neither the missing part nor a replacement. That is over seven weeks since purchase and five weeks since reporting the incomplete delivery. All this chasing over a missing component is ridiculous.

I bought from Fitshop, yet I am left doing the chasing while they wait for their supplier. Apologies without a result are worthless. I have now demanded an immediate complete replacement.

A thoroughly frustrating experience and an unacceptable waste of my time. Based on how this has been handled, I would not recommend Fitshop.

Huge range for all abilities, all budgets, expert in-store advice with very slick admin and exceptional communication. It would be hard to find another high street provider this good.

I visited the Manchester Store and was really impressed. A great range of equipment on display and available to test. Had excellent advice and guidance from Dillon, who listened to my needs and requirements very closely. He recommended the ideal machine and associated accessories. I have just bought a proform hiit HL training machine from fitshop and I would like to say how helpful and prompt Erin was dealing with the sale, she is a credit to your company!! Thankyou Erin

If I could give them less than one I honestly would. I’ve never gone out of my way to write a negative review before but I really feel like this company has taken the micky out of me and I really don’t appreciate it. I preordered an item from their website in late May of 2026 it’s currently October. I have been emailing them since August which is when I first emailed them enquiring when the item is likely to be shipped. I was told it was likely to be shipped in early September. So I waited and still no sign of the item. So I emailed again and this time asked for my money back as it was a summer games item and I wasn’t going to get any use out of it. The response I then received was another message explaining to me that it is a preorder item and it’s likely to ship soon. It’s now October I have still not received the product neither have I received my money back nor an email response to my message just asking for a cancellation and my money back. I have now today messaged them AGAIN just asking for my money back. I don’t like getting arsey or confrontational but this is really taking the pi**.
