I've been a member for almost a year. Still have another year to go. I don't understand the recent bad reviews. But know this, look up what premiumize provides. You will get that. It's good quality and the features work so well for me. I am a regular user. I've never had any issue with fair use points. My fair use points are always full. And I've never come close to filling up my cloud storage. As long as you delete some items every now and then... it seems weird to have it fill up. I also download the highest quality videos possible. I highly recommend it.

Dont use in 2020!
They did a good job for many years, now you dont have any features anymore. They clearly did know that beforehand, but didnt tell their customers.
Luckily i always did a monthly subscribtion only. All customers who bought more will have lost money for nothibg now.

very costly , limited host ,( do not have more than 30 host , in that , no rapidgator , nitro flare ) the worst is stupid fair use policy , u pay usd 17 , then pay 10 again for fair points, what a high way robbery this website , stay away from these guys ,

Many important hosts are missing like Rapidgator or hosts are not working like DDownload or Oboom, disappointing

Customer-friendly

Upon closer inspection it is not really what i needed. The number of supported One click hosters was not good enough for me.

But when i asked for a refund, it went well and they acted very customer friendly.

I've been here for more than 5 years and I'm completely satisfied. The uploads are very stable, the service is right, problems or inquiries are processed and answered quickly. I can only say a first class multihoster that is worth the money.

A solid service.
The only of its kind that I've tried that are actually focused in helping their customers. Some other services are downright hostile.

Everything works well and I've not had any issues. The reason I don't give 5 stars is that it's a bit pricey. I would like to see a cheaper plan excluding nzb, VoIP and VPN.

The fair usage limit is another reason I don't give 5 stars.

Overall it's a great service and I can recommend them.

Im overall pretty satisfied with the service. The Only thing that should be improved is google chrome cast streaming, it doesn't work most of the time, on the smartphone on the other hand it works flaweless.

Simply a great service, helps you download pretty much anything, provided you know how to get the download links. Streaming and downloads are always fast and reliable.

Everything I need rolled into one. For what I used to spend on Skype, in addition to VoIP calls, I now get a VPN, cloud storage, downloader and streaming. Response to issues handled quickly and the Blog certainly has helped me set things up. The first address I go to when opening my browser.

I keep coming back to premiumize.me again and again and most of the time I'm really satisfied. They're really giving it their best, their customer support is top notch and their overall service is just great.

Excellent service. Been signed up since about 2013. I use every part of it. The voip, cloud storage, usenet etc. Everything! No other service comes close to this.

These guys are awesome, best service ever.
I have been with them for years and plan to keep doing so.
Everything works for me, their support is very fast and they actually care about the people using their service.
Wide variety of different services and very reasonably priced.
They are also always on the move and implemented a ton of new features since I started with them.

Nice service, solid options, good pricing - VPN sometimes slow, so only 4 stars

Great service. It not only offers a large list of file hosters, but also Torrent and Usenet as additional download methods and even more (VPN, VoIP, ...). It is already integrated with many apps and platforms by itself, but it even offers an API to automate downloading or to expand integration.

My only wish is that it should support Share-Online and Rapidgator again.

The best customer focused debrid service I ever had. I signed up for a year even though it was bit pricey than the other debrid service I was using,but I liked the extra features and furthermore was not impressed with customer service of other debrid service, whose replies were ‘childish’ to be put mildly.
Anyways I am based in New Zealand and upon signing up I discovered I wasn’t getting optimal speeds( being so far from rest of the world😅). So I warily contacted premiumize customer service expecting nothing based on my experience with other debrid service. But boy I was in for a surprise. Not only premiumize customer service was friendly and professional they went out of their way to help. Within one week of me contacting them they put a server in Sydney and I am getting lightning fast transfers. Can’t praise them enough. You get what you pay for but in this case everything is worth every cent. Very impressed!

Been a customer for 5 or more years. Nothing involving computers is ever perfect, the important thing is to have a supplier who reacts to customer issues and provides resolution. I stupidly deleted something in error but Premiumize.me came to my assistance and happily the problem is solved.

Premiumize.me offers a lot more then I really need, and it comes included in the original price. For no extra fee additional services are being added and it's being greatly appreciated.

I have had no major issues so far, and only once when I contacted the support it was helpful and I was granted extra subscription for the troubles.
