I’ve had a great experience working…

I’ve had a great experience working with Premiumy. The platform is easy to use, payments have been processed professionally, and the support team has been responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. Their telecom solutions are reliable, and communication has always been clear. Overall, it’s been a positive business relationship, and I look forward to continuing to work with them. I would recommend Premiumy to anyone looking for premium telecom services.

premiumy.net Scammers

The unpaid invoice exceeds $5,700 Mostly Japanese traffic and some UK. All other panels such as Liveonlinereport they paid 4 invoices more than $9,000 , Carrierstats , and other panels have been paid the same traffic but Premiumy.net " The Green Panel " didn't pay until now .
After investigating and reviewing the situation, it became clear that the support team, led by Abdullah, is the one holding the payment without providing any info, reports, or evidence of any issue with the traffic. they just said the provider didn't pay and thats it. And the manager Anna K. do nothing about that
After holding my invoice, the support sent me asks more traffic from Japan, he said the Manager wants more traffic from Japan .
Thats proof enough that they are scammers.
It appears that once Abdullah saw the strong traffic and new account " first invoice" , he became more interested in knowing the source of the traffic than fixing the payment issue. The support team informed me that I should contact him directly, and when I did, his main concern was repeatedly asking about the traffic source and my business in general, rather than providing any reasons or proof for holding payment.
I contacted the manager " Anna K. " via email. However, she has been avoiding direct answers and she confirmed that they are the ones who holding the payment, without any complaints, reports, or evidence . And they wait until they receive reports or complaints.
That means they are clearly scammers, they hold invoices whenever they want without any reasons.
So no one is safe and you could be the next VICTIM if you work with them be very careful. Japanese traffic didnt get paid, how they gonna pay EU Traffic then !!!! Be careful bro.

Hello Adam,

We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your experience.

Your payment has not been cancelled or disputed. It is currently on hold while we investigate a complaint regarding traffic that was flagged by an anti-fraud system as potentially illegitimate.

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, which were accepted by you during account registration and also sent to you by email, we reserve the right to temporarily place payments on hold while conducting fraud investigations. This is a standard procedure designed to protect all parties involved.

At this stage, we are unable to provide a detailed report immediately, as the investigation must be completed before the relevant documentation can be finalized. These investigations typically require some time, and we appreciate your patience.

Regarding your statement that the same traffic was paid by other platforms, this is entirely possible. The same traffic may pass through different upstream providers, each of which applies its own fraud detection systems, risk assessment criteria, and payment policies. Different providers may therefore reach different conclusions regarding the same traffic.

Premiumy has been operating in the telecommunications industry for more than eight years. Cases requiring payment holds are extremely uncommon and represent well below 1% of all transactions processed through our platform.

We understand that waiting for an investigation can be frustrating. However, it is important to clarify that your payment is only on hold pending the outcome of the investigation. Should the investigation confirm that no issues are found, the payment will be released in accordance with our standard procedures.

Finally, we respectfully disagree with the allegation that our company is involved in fraudulent practices. We always act in accordance with the Terms and Conditions accepted by every client upon registration and apply the same procedures consistently to all accounts.

Kind regards,

The Premiumy Team
