I have been trying to book an appointment for more than a year and still nothing. My ID expired more than a year ago!!! This is ridicolous!!! Awfull service!!

The Officer that managed my case, Operatore 44, was extremely efficient and polite, and succeeded in finding an appointment for a suitable date. I am very grateful and happy with the service received.

I have tried endless,phoning sometimes 50 calls a day.l am registered on the A.I.R.E website,two years on an off trying,And one hundred percent Italian.
Very sad service.

Both my son and I have been trying to get through to someone at the Italian Consulate and Passport Office for more than a month. There is no reply and some of the numbers simply cut off before you place the call. The online Prenotami system doesn't have enough appointments. It's an appalling service. In these instances I'm truly ashamed to be Italian.

They were amazing. I need another appointment, but they seem to have disappeared. I’m gutted ☹️

Trying to book an appointment with the prenot@mi system is an absolute joke.
There are never any appointments available for citizenship by descent. All you get told is that you must try each day at 7pm - I have done every day since Christmas - absolutely nothing available.

Had my appointment booked to become an Italian Citizen on the 29/11/2022, by marriage. Excellent communication from the department of Cittadinanza all the way through. Guiding me onto the next stage, even to let me know where to go for my husband to prove he is not become British by naturalization. Kept me up to date at all time. Once all paperwork certificated waiting only 1 week for my appointment. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I cannot fault them at all. Excellent all the way.

I recently had to apply for ID cards for my elderly parents. Suzanne was extremely helpful and advised that if I could obtain a doctor's letter they would not have to travel to London. I made the application on their behalf and everything was handled extremely efficiently.

Following on from my poor experience with Italian bureacracy in Italy, the ladies and gentlemen at the Italian Consulate in London were very helpful and friendly in helping me to sort out getting my incorrectly recorded DOB in Italy so that I could obtain a new ID card.
Once that was sorted, they gave me a new appointment, which I was able to change over the phone to a more suitable time and everything went smoothly and efficiently with the application on the visit to the Consulate.
I appreciate and thank all the staff for helping me out in a professional and efficient manner.

I requested an appointment for my Italian citizenship, and it was amazing! I got the confirmation the next day; highly recommendable! Gio was absolutely fantastic, patient, and supportive throughout the process. Safe payment system; Save yourself the stress of doing it yourself and getting stuck for months, this is a no-brainer.

I cannot recommend Prenota Expert’s service enough. Having struggled to get an appointment online they solved this the following day. Amazing! Grazie Mille!

Honestly i wasn't sure about booking this way, but i cannot fault the process, no matter what questions, what time, they always answer, i would 100 percent recommend , no doubt in my mind i would use again if i needed to, absolutely excellent service
