Resecentrum Skövde
Resecentrum, Skövde. So rare to be served these days by staff who are happy, positive and efficient. A very pleasant young lady, who was a shining example of how to deal with customers!

I often stop at Pressbryan for coffee and a snack. The staff are always friendly and it's super convenient.
Are you against people who do not want to eat dead animals?
You have 3 Pressbyrån at Helsingborg central station. All the 3 of them put 3 vegetarian sausages on the heater - lots of other different sausages from dead animals on the grill. One employee claimed that you sell so many of them and that's why they did not have any. Still he had put no new vegetarian sausages on the heater. I paid and waited but had to go since it took a very long time to get the sausage warm enough.
Dear Pressbyrån Customer Service,
On April 5th, 2025, at approximately 16:35, I visited your store located at Hjalmar Brantingsgatan 1, 417 30 Gothenburg.
At the checkout counter, there was a woman of Slavic appearance. I asked if she spoke English, to which she replied that she spoke “a little.” I then asked my question: I had purchased a transportation ticket but did not understand why I paid 150 SEK and was only able to use 100 SEK — and what happened to the remaining 50 SEK.
The cashier was unable to explain the situation in English and suddenly switched to Russian, asking me what language I spoke. However, according to polite communication standards, the employee should have asked this question in the language we were speaking — that is, English — instead of switching to another language without my consent.
I responded that I also speak Russian. However, her attitude was rude from the very beginning. Her explanations were incomplete and unclear. When I asked her to clarify, she abruptly stated that she would not explain further because other customers were waiting.
I would like to point out that I am also a customer and had an unresolved issue. I believe that the employee ignored my request and acted with negligence and disrespect. This attitude not only violated customer service standards but also significantly ruined my mood, leaving a very negative impression of my visit to this store.
Furthermore, I would like to emphasize that such behavior does not reflect the values and culture of Sweden. In my experience, people in Sweden are usually polite, friendly, and willing to help. The behavior of this employee not only offends customers but also damages the image of Swedish service culture. In such cases, it is not enough to simply speak the local language — proper customer service training is also necessary.
I hope you take this matter seriously and take appropriate actions to ensure that your staff meet the high standards of service expected in Sweden.
Train you staff please... Zero customer service.. Zero cashier training.. super slow.. Refused service because they don't know there own procedures on post collection or cashing checks for non Swedish citizens (which is actually the same as Swedish citizen)
three time i tried to cash a check using a uk passport in the same shop.
Excuse 1. We don't have 350kr in the cash register... Lies
Excuse 2. sorry i don't know how the system works for cashing cheque
Excuse 3. only Swedish ID works on our system... again lies
If i have a bank account and a tax number then you can do you job and give me my money not waste my time on three different occasions.
Again refused a UK Drivers license as a form of id to pick up my item. However my Swedish boss can use his swedish (european issued license... the exact same as a UK License)
Also the coffee is poor and the fika stands are always dirty!
