Gerry is a pleasure to deal with and a word is a word. We have been coming back for years and he never lets us down. Excellent villas and will always look to accommodate early arrivals/late checkouts when possible . Prestige just take out any stress that could come your way so that you have a real relaxing break - Highly recommend

We just had an amazing week staying at the Aretousa Dyo villa in Coral Bay. From the moment we made our booking via the Prestige Bookings website we realised we were in professional and competent hands. I actually called the company to check something and Gerry from Prestige Bookings was super helpful and accommodating. The check in process was flawless. We were given clear instructions where to meet and then Gerry accompanied us to the villa to give us clear and detailed instructions about how everything worked which ensured that we had a fabulous week. The villa itself was amazing and spotlessly clean. We were a group of two families with teenage kids but with four huge bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms we had more than enough room. The location for us was perfect, quiet, near the beach, near a local supermarket and only 20 minutes drive from Paphos. You do need a car to stay here. Prestige Bookings has a great app that was our guide for the week. Gerry himself was always available if we needed him but let us get on with it and enjoy ourselves if we didn’t. I can’t recommend this company highly enough, everything was first class!

The villa was amazing. Very spacious and secure. Everyone loved the pool. We had a lovely welcome from Arthur. We found no faults at all. Amazing villa amazing time in a beautiful friendly country. Thank you.

I honestly think this is one of the best villas I’ve ever stayed in and it's definitely the one of the best villa In Cyprus. From the moment we arrived, everything just felt perfect. The place is beautiful, super clean, and has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing holiday, we didn’t feel like anything was missing.

What made the stay even more special was the host. He’s genuinely such a nice person and really does everything he can to make sure you’re comfortable and enjoying yourself. You can tell he truly cares about his guests, which makes a big difference.

We had an amazing time and I’d happily come back again. Highly recommend!

Exceptional service; we work hard to have our holiday and do have high expectations, we want to be looked after and have a luxurious time that keep us happy until we can return. Gerry and his team are kind, thoughtful, and go the extra mile. From the personal greetings and being on hand to answer any questions. They know the area really well and are very well respected by local businesses, we just mentioned Gerry’s villa and we got the gold star treatment. The villa itself provided us with space, peace and a very relaxing holiday. Just getting the deposit together to book again. Gerry was a pleasure from the start. Met in person to guide us to the villa. We had an issue with our villa through jet2 (power fault) and needed relocating temporarily. Gerry was fantastic and worked with our villa company to house us within hours of needing it. Had the villa cleaned and prepped for us. On arrival the villa was immaculate. All features and local places explained by Gerry and a well presented brochure in the villa its self.

The villa is very well presented with all new age technology and decor, perfect for a couple/freinds or a family of 5!

Had such a great time in Cyprus. Villa Bella Katerina is a great base to explore from and also a really lovely villa to enjoy your time at, relaxing by the pool and in the pool. The villa has everything you need from the kitchen to the living space. Would definitely stay again!!

The villa is spacious and very well-maintained, with an amazing location and fantastic pool and outdoor area perfect for enjoying the beautiful views of the sea and enjoying sunshine and memorable sunsets. We especially loved the peaceful location, which offered privacy and tranquility, while still being close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.
The hosts were outstanding — welcoming, professional, and always available for anything we needed, without ever being intrusive. Their attention to detail and hospitality made our stay feel truly special.
We would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free holiday. We can’t wait to return!

Our party of 15 stayed at the combined Aretousa Ena/Dyo. The villas are clean, spacious and well equipped. What sets these villas apart are the outside areas, the pools, gardens and sea views are all stunning. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending staying at either villa.

We’ve just finished a two week stay in Villa Eframia Dyo in Peyia and it was a wonderful experience. The villa is in a great location with easy access to the shops and restaurants in Coral Bay. It is bright and spacious with all facilities for self catering.
We were met the owner Gerry after we travelled up from the airport and he led us straight to the villa where we found a well stocked fridge with all the essentials.
There is a good sized pool and a large barbecue and also a pool table and table tennis table. The upstairs balcony is a great place to sit out in the evening before heading off to kip.
When we had a bit of bother with the battery in our hire car, a quick phone call to Gerry and he was with us in a few minutes with a set of jump leads to get us in our way again. Nothing was too much trouble for this guy. Our experience was so good that we are thinking of booking up again for next year.

From start to finish Prestige Bookings offer a first class service. Villa Andrea is a beautiful villa in a superb location with access to local beaches, restaurants and amenities. The team were extremely friendly and helpful offering great advise and tips on what we could do whilst on our travels, would highly recommend and definitely rebook again in the future

Our 4 kids + 2 friends arranged a 2 week stay in a Cypriot villa run by prestige bookings; thoroughly enjoyed it. Wonderful home, we got a lot of value out of both the pool, and the pool table in the living room. Staff were consistently friendly, helpful and considerate. No complaints, we're very likely to use prestige bookings again.

Prestige Bookings hosted us at an utterly fabulous villa in Cyprus which exceeded our expectations in every way. It was large, modern, well-equipped and luxurious, with no detail overlooked. Gerry was attentive and helpful as a host - nothing was too much trouble. I would absolutely recommend Prestige Bookings and can’t wait to return

The villa was stunning , very clean and well kept . Nice and private and we made great use of the pool and pool table . Gerry was very helpful and accommodating when we requested a late checkout .

We had a great holiday excellent villa,a couple of minor issues were sorted immediately by Gerry,who met us at 12.30am showed us to the villa and explained all we needed to know about villa operation

The villa is lovely. Photos don't do it justice. Gerry was very helpful. The only bad points are the key box is really too small for the keys and the first floor balcony needed a good clean. There was a dead bird and alot of bird poo.

We arrived in our resort of Coral Bay around midnight and were met by Gerry the Prestige Booking rep, who we followed to the villa, a short journey by car. The villa and grounds were absolutely gorgeous, cold meat, eggs, butter, bread, jam, milk and drinks already in the fridge.

Gerry gave us lots of useful information about the villa, including rubbish disposal, wifi connection, remote access to the gate and alarm system. He also was really helpful if providing useful resort information, eg restaurants, bars, activities and emphasised that we could contact him at any time with any queries. He popped in occasionally to check that everything was good.

One of our party left her passport in the safe and only realised at the airport on the journey home. Gerry immediately despatched his wife to the airport in time for our flight departure. Above and beyond the call of duty. Five stars all round for Gerry.

Perfect house for our holidays! The owners were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time!
