They’re not comfortable at all and quite expensive. The quality doesn’t justify the price. They’ve bothered me a lot!

This company was v difficult to deal…

This company was v difficult to deal with not helpful at all. The shoes arrived very late and so could not be used for a holiday booked! They were deliver to a neighbour to boot! the quality was not great. The company refused to send a returns label and therefore I had to pay the return fee all of which is not professional at all!

I would give 0! Bought a pair of glittery Rosario’s, the layers of glitter began to fall off and show the ugly white base in multiple areas making them unwearable after 5 wears!!!!!! The Customer service team basically told me to suck it up with a “I hope you understand” what’s to understand when I bought an excessively expensive pair of shoes, from store and have proof of purchase for them to last less time than a pair of Primark shoes!! Don’t make the same mistake as me! I have a pair of Russell and Bromley shoes that I bought 20 years ago that are in better condition, save yourself the disappointment and shop else where!

Unbelievably uncomfortable

Ordered a pair of leopard print Rosario's. Delivery was fine, they're just unbelievably uncomfortable. They're really inflexible and rub my heels and somehow also the tops of my toes. Maybe I should have gone up a half size but wish I hadn't wasted my money. I love the look of them but they're unwearable

Disappointing Service from Pretty Ballerinas Online

I love Pretty Ballerinas shoes but buying them online is a mistake. I purchased shoes from Pretty Ballerinas online in October, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The shoes took 12 days to arrive—far too long for modern online shopping. Once they arrived, the fit was poor, and the front of the shoes was hard and uncomfortable.

I decided to return them, but there's no free return option. I had to pay £10 out of pocket to return the shoes via the post office, which already felt like a loss. If you're just wanting to try the shoes, buying online is not worth it.

The return process was slow and frustrating. After they finally received and acknowledged the return, they sent me a refund code. Since I paid via Klarna, I assumed the refund would be processed automatically—like PayPal does—but it wasn’t. The Klarna app still showed I owed money for the shoes I returned.

Resolving this issue with Klarna’s customer service has been a nightmare. I had to raise a dispute, and now they need to contact Pretty Ballerinas to confirm the return. This level of inefficiency and lack of coordination between Pretty Ballerinas and Klarna is unacceptable.

In short, this was a disappointing experience with poor customer service on both sides. I cannot recommend Pretty Ballerinas’ online store, and I’ll avoid using Klarna for future purchases.

Excessively long lead times & poor Customer Experience

I placed my order on June 28th for an event happening on July 11th. Your website states that delivery takes around 4-5 days. However, my order with your company has been stuck in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Spain, since June 28th with no movement for 9 days.

Your company is using GLS as the courier, and upon checking Trustpilot, I found they have the lowest ratings for trust and speed of delivery. I don't understand why Pretty Ballerina would use a courier with such poor reviews. I also believe it is your responsibility to follow up and chase the courier, but I have not seen any action from your side to date. This is poor service, and I will not be using your company again. If I don't receive my shoes before July 11th, I will be requesting a full refund.

I placed another order with a company in Australia, which promised delivery in 7 days , and I received it today (1 day early).

UPDATE : Please be cautious and read the small print regarding delivery times. I have spoken to their customer service, and the delivery lead times to the UK are ridiculously long. Their response to the excessively long lead times is that this is normal during their sale period, which seems to be constant. They won't contact their courier to chase the order.

I have to wait another week before I can request a refund, and this can only happen if I refuse the delivery when it finally takes place and provide proof of refusal. Then, I need to call them to inform them that I have refused delivery, after which they will process my refund within 4-5 days. Absolutely crazy.

I would give pretty ballerina zero stars.

I bought several pairs of Shirley pumps with elasticated trim in various colors over the years. Unfortunately they last only one season. The elasticated trim becomes slack and the shoes become loose. There is no way of repairing them. I got in touch with pretty ballerina but they were not interested. I took the shoes to a fancy repair shop who said it would cost £159 to repair. A total wate of money. Do not buy these shoes.

Nice shoes and good service

I bough shoes the 1 st time in Spain ,then in Paris ! But unfortunatly the Paris shop does not exist anymore and I like to go on with Pretty Balerinas and go on with mail to order ! Because i love Pretty ballerinas (it fits very well for me )

I cant see where the package is

I cant see where the package is, I cant follow it. I reccomended pretty ballerinas shoes to my friend and ordered the shoes for her because she could not finish ther order through the aplicatiom, and now I feel bad because I dont have any answer.

Dreadful return policy and Customer…

Dreadful return policy and Customer Service. I have a lovely pair of shoes that now have to go to the charity shop despite the fact they are in the original packaging and I have the confirmation that they were purchased online. The company refuses to allow me to exchange for a different size. Madness!

Terrible experience shopping with Pretty Ballerinas Online

Terrible experience shopping with Pretty Ballerinas online. To summarise:

1. I ordered shoes with advertised delivery in 3-4 days. After 5 days I chased and was told that delays were beyond their control and I should just refuse the delivery, but this was not possible as the shoes arrived when I was out. The shoes eventually arrived a week after this so almost 2 weeks from ordering.
2. The shoes arrived damaged in several places. The velvet had indentations and scuffs on both shoes and was very noticeable. They did not look new.
3. I emailed them again to say how disappointed I was and to arrange a return. The response was a copy and paste email and the direction to return the shoes by post to their London shop at my own expense!

I live just outside London so I can in theory take the shoes in but others may not be able to do this. It will still cost me a £15 train ticket and I am not sure I trust posting it in to them considering their dreadful service so far. My advice would be do not buy anything online from Pretty Ballerinas.
