So I placed an order, just like everyone else, in July. Weeks went by and I heard nothing, just like everyone else. I eventually reached out to the company about not getting any email to be able to track my package, like everyone else. They took a while to respond, and I had to message them on Instagram as well. They said a confirmation email was sent to me about 2 1/2 weeks back on the 5th, which it wasn’t. Okay, no problem. The issue is that the new email they sent me to track it, was useless. I still wasn’t able to track it. It just said “on its way” the entire time. It still says that even though my order was delivered a few days ago. Then today I got another email that my order was delivered to San Jose, CA. That’s not where I live, so i’m not sure what that is. Did they duplicate my order and send it elsewhere? Super confusing. Oh and the worst part is that my order isn’t even correct. Two of the products I ordered aren’t what came in the mail. All that time and they couldn’t even get it right smh. I would’ve reached out and asked them for the correct items, but it’s not even worth my time at this point. The products are nice, I won’t lie, but it would’ve been less stressful getting them from a better company.

I bought some of these glitters second hand and I absolutely loved them. So I bought a custom palette from their site and was super excited, but got an email from them saying my order was canceled due to some website issue and that I would be refunded. I tried reaching out multiple times for more information, but they just don't respond and will delete comments on their Facebook and Instagram instead of just addressing their customers. I really wanted the products I ordered and still do, but after a month of no response and no refund, I had to file a dispute with my bank. Very sad and without glitter, not sure why they can't just answer people. I would have become a regular buyer.
Hello, it is a scam! I place order in may because they had 50% discount, they cancelled my order due to issues they had with their old website. Money never came back to my account (5-10 bussines days they said). They don’t reply on e mails, DMs on instagram or chat on website but he/she/they have courage to advertise products at the same time and screw people around the world. We are talking about instragram account with half million followers and I can’t believe they have audacity to reply on other reviews here. However, I started the procedure with bank so whatever they planned to do with my money - good luck!

Hello! I hope this will reach others before they buy from this company. So I originally placed an order with this company and after a month I did receive it. I really did like the product and got so many compliments about it. SO fast forward to when they had a sale going on I place two separate orders (on two different days)
And I got an email saying the order was placed but never anything that said it was shipped (this happened with the first order as well) so after a month I reached out through email to get some kind of tracking or update. I received no response. I ended up sending about 3 emails, DM’d them on instagram and still did not hear anything. Now two months have gone by and I email them that I will be filing a dispute with my bank. I then began to comment on their posts since they had time so advise their company. I noticed that my comments were being deleted/hidden. Which then made it very clear that this company is a scam. I understand orders get lost or messed up but communicate with your customers? But why would you if you got their money already right? Luckily my bank got my money back for both orders 😇 so jokes on them but please do not order from this company. Once I called them out on instagram they blocked me 🤣
Here I was supporting a business and recommending them. Never again. This company is a straight up scam!!

Yes I received the first order so I ORDERED AGAIN and never received them and you guys did not respond to me ever until I wrote a bad review 🤣 so that’s is very telling. Trust me I have inner peace. Your reviews say it all. My bank had to contact you guys so dont act like you’re being considerate. If you have delays you update your customers. Simple as that. With how you guys reply to these negative reviews is unprofessional. Have a nice business. Hope everyone sees how shady this company is :)

Hoping for a miracle as to why I haven’t made it a 1 star review yet.. placed an order on May 9th with a confirmation and within one week received an email stating I was getting a refund due to an old website issue but would get a discount off a future order.. I have emailed multiple times, messaged on instagram. I’ve tried every avenue possible with no response. I’ll gladly change my rating if I do get my refund or order! Thank you!

I would give no stars, but there is no possibility. I bought some products from their website more than a month ago. They say, that delivery takes 1-2 weeks. After two weeks and a few emails I asked for a tracking number of my order, but they did not gave me it, just said that the parcel is on its way. Like other customers, I too was being defrauded. I tried to reach you for weeks after my first order. And yes, I wrote both email and DM. My first email was answered saying it was being checked. I never got an answer after that. As a last resort, I wrote it in the comments on Instagram. I sent almost dozens of messages. Then suddenly my messages started disappearing. I couldn't see my comments from another account. I'm sure you've seen all of these messages. Because you made a statement in your Instagram story such as please let's not be rude. But still I haven't received any response from anywhere. When I continued to comment, you wrote 'Ok' and added an emoji to one of them and deleted your own message. Finally, we contacted a lawyer and sent an e-mail about starting legal proceedings. A few days later I received the products. It is obvious that this was done on purpose. If it's coming so fast, why are you waiting? (The products arrived missing but I didn’t want to deal with it any further) Also, everyone suffers from the same situation. For another user, you wrote ‘If you were so desperate for your question to be answered you could of simply sent an email’. Yes, I wrote it and what happened? You say don’t make false and fake accusations. I hope you don’t write the same thing to me. Because I tried for months. However, the products that arrived were good. If you do not want to leave doubts in people's minds, please do not ship late and respond to messages.

Noticed the company deletes instagram comments when asking questions about the product. Got through to the website to place an order and then decided to check reviews - I generally disapprove of company’s deleting questions, I don’t mind if they miss comments I get it that happens, but I’ve tried contacting them in several ways, multiple times, and not only did I not receive a response, but my comments were DELETED!! If my comments are being deleted, I presume it is because they are attempting to conceal the answer and/or trying to prevent other customers from having the same question. Regardless, I do not appreciate being ignored, and I appreciate even less being silenced. Anywho, I found my answer here.
For reference - the question I’ve been asking over the course of the past few months (very politely) was what the general lifespan of their glitters is. Ie, how long are they usable before they dry out. I take the deletion of my comments (yes, I went back and checked my entire activity history) repeatedly would indicate that they sadly do not last long. It’s a valid question when they’re selling mega sized pans… would be a valid question even if they were not. Call me crazy, but in my opinion the large pans would be indicative of a relatively long shelf life. I suppose not. Please note I’ve searched the website and this information is absolutely nowhere to be found.
If the brand owner feels so inclined as to enlighten me on why these comments are deleted, I’d be open to changing my review. Please note if you read other reviews you will see that apparently many comments get deleted. Funny how they can delete comments in a split second but cannot respond to emails or DMs for months (if ever). Anywho, truly the only explanation I can think of is simply that the glitters dry out more quickly than they care for customers to know.
I’ve never seen such hostility from a brand owner as I’ve seen in these comments. It is extremely unprofessional and as a business woman myself with my own small business in addition to my corporate job, I would absolutely never treat a customer (many customers, in this instance) this way. I truly do think their products are beautiful but cannot support this behavior. Plus, apparently they don’t last very long. Yikes.

Bought a make your own palette back in December. I only had a dispatch confirmation after I'd emailed to ask what was happening with my order after 3 weeks.
It finally arrived and the packaging for the pans weren't even the ones shown on Instagram, see through packets that most of the product had gotten squashed on.
After wiping most of the product back in with my finger I realised that two of the colours weren't what I ordered.
Easy mistake to make, it was a busy time of the year.
I emailed and got a response which was a refund or the colours sending out. I opted for a refund for the two pans as I was most likely going to order again and I could get the colours I wanted and even more.
Almost a month later and more than three attempts to contact I ended up going to my bank.
Only then did I have responses to my emails trying to bully and scare me saying they were going to file a dispute.
Obviously they had no leg to stand on as I'd given all the information correctly with proof to my bank.
I only ordered after waiting a long time and one of the girls I knew featured on a video they posted. I was excited but was exceptionally dissapointed with order.
The colours were poorly mixed also.
