Like many others i though they have Dragon's Den backing so they must do what they say they do.... after taking them for 25 days i started to feel really REALLY sick and my weight had gone up a few pounds though my calorie intake had gone down and my exercise increased....?? so i'm doubtful they have a dragon's backing they don't do what they say; made me feel so sick and the money back guarantee is definitely not a guarantee... i wish i'd done my usual due diligence instead of spending £80 i didn't really have, an expensive lesson. I will however be investigating this further as i'd like my money back??

Absolutely waste of money they do not work sent mine back and still not refunded my money or contacted klarna to tell them to do the same. Sent 6 emails and no response. These pills do not work and they do not refund you

Bought these weight loss tablets as they claimed to be on dragons den. According to prima in 1 month I should of lost nearly a stone but didn’t so I bought a further 2 packs so £55 a pack so not cheap after the 3 months no weight loss and followed everything they told me to do. Don’t waste your money

Waste of time. don't bother, i was already losing weight at a rate of 2lb a week. so thought the tablets may help me along, absolutely no change from the 2lb a week i was losing before the tablets, Save your money and put it towards some nice salads lol

I bought 2 boxes in October after reading only good reviews about the product and how many people helped to lose weight. I knew there is no magic pill to lose weight but still trusted the reviews,however did not have the desired effect at all.

I brought two boxes in December been trying for two months now and no weight loss at all, very expensive if I could return I would. I think if no weight loss the money should be refunded.

I was introduced to the product by a friend of mine who says it’s worth a try and sent me the link to purchase. I immediately proceeded to buy the product from their website on 2/1/23 GB-20234751386. This is a week now and I have yet to receive any update regarding the product or delivery. I have emailed twice and received no response. I have scanned through my junk mail and still nothing. Payment £59.99has left my account and I have no idea when I will get to/ever hear from them re the item ordered. This terrible customer service and horrible experience for the he new year. It is in my search for a solution that I stumbled on this….and noted that they do respond on people’s complaints and comments. I’m hoping for a resolve and explanation

I find it fairly funny all the negative reviews, of course if you continue to stuff your face nothing will ever change. I reduced my diet and took as advised, I have now lost 2.5 stone and am more than happy. Only slight niggle they take to long to arrive...

Fell for a scam didn’t I? 3 month supply waste of money. Fully paid through Klarna. Just finishing my 3 month supply soon and no weight loss whatsoever despite changes in diet. I’ve basically brought a placebo 😂 air in tablet form haha 😆 I’m laughing at how stupid I was to believe it. Avoid these scammers please. Product was packaged with limited info on how to return… no phone number no email address

Absolutely awful service. Ordered mid august before I read the damming reviews and instantly regretted my purchase. Contacted customer service who advised if I returned them within the 14 window I could have refund. Well, didn’t arrive until September,outside their turns time. Contacted them to complain and said I could still return them. Paid and Sent Signed for Royal Mail the very same day 13/9/22 they were delivered. Contacted Klarna to advise of complaint. They advised as soon as prima registered the return then a refund would be issued.
November 9th I received my returned parcel back!!!
Contacted Klarna again… literally been going round in circles back and forth trying to sort. Nothing! Fobbed off by Klarna, no response from prima.
Still waiting for concerns department to get back to me AND I’m out of pocket.
Terrible service, terrible company. Stay away and save your money and hassle.

Excited to try prima diet tablets, bought in total a 3 month supply and it has to be said carried out regular exercise and good diet.started at 93 kilos and finished at 93 kilos.
Very disappointed is an understatement(a 5 kilo loss would have been acceptable.)
One has to agree with a lot of the reviews,these tablets are a SCAM.
Maybe if you are unfortunately obese tablets may have been helpful,personal opinion,stay away from prima,find an alternative method of weight loss😤

The pill did not work I have put more weight on. Thought it was ok as Susan Reid was pictured in the. Advert. Told I would loose weight but insteàd I put weight on. There is no information in the parcel received stating how to return items. Received letter demanding money from klarna with there telephone number and address on. When I rang them they had a record of my name, address and purchase details but said I needed to contact prima as they had sold it to me. They couldn't give me details of their contact details.
Why is this company writing to me if prima sold me the pill ?? They are threatening me with a bad credit score if not paid !!! Again why are they writing to me. I have sent an email to prima 3 times during the last week and not heard anything.
I just want to return the pills as they don't work but just keep getting demands for payment and can't find out where to return them which makes me wonder if this a scam company ??

I started using Pharma in August and I'm sorry to buck the trend of THEY DON'T WORK OR USLESS USLESS but my experience has been unbelievable.I added the Pharma Capsules into my exercise routine to lose the 10.5kg I gained while on hospital steroids following eye surgery and I'm VERY PLEASED TO SAY I'VE LOST THE 10.5kg and 4kg more besides.If your going to carry on pigging out of course they won't work but if you eat a sensible diet they definitely will!
