These do not work at all! Complete waste of money!

Absolute waste of money. They have no effect whatsoever. I agree with the person who said that the 14 day refund is far too short as I would not have expected any definite weight loss in that timeframe.
I am so annoyed that I was taken in by the advertising. This is a scam and I wish I'd seen these reviews earlier.

Don't buy, this is a scam, had 2 month worth of tablets and exercising as well and didn't loose weight, also their website wouldn't publish the bad reviews only the ones they want.

No weight loss at all. Tried to get money back under their guarantee. They advised as I didn't apply within the 2 week time scale I didnt qualify!! As the tablets took so long to come I decided to go my planned holiday before commencing them then got covid so they sat in drawer for a week fews. Explained this to them by email and they replied I couldn't get a refund and feel free to bin the rest. Absolute joke

Stay clear - its a scam to get your money for what is vitamins and no weight loss properties. Wish I'd seen these reviews before I spent £80!!!

Complete scam. Waste of money. Do not work at all.

I read the reviews after buying, what an idiot. I posted the items straight back, tracked and signed for. They are still with the Netherlands Customs so will miss the 14 day return slot and may have been opened by them, what a fantastic excuse for Prima not to give a refund. I have emailed them saying such, waiting for a reply.

Me and my mum have both been taking these capsules for 10 days now and we haven’t lost anything (except the £70 odd for these!) if anything I put on! These capsules are rubbish and is a complete scam! I am currently waiting to hear back from the company now. Whatever you do don’t get these and save your money. It was a lot of money for us to lose!

They said I could lose 21 lbs (9.5 kg) in 10 days. Clearly a scam...even starvation could not do that. 10 weeks maybe.

What a total waste of money. These do not work. Been on a months supply and not lost any weight. Another deceitful way of scamming people. Also surprised that a reputable company like Klarna is funding this.

This is a con, I have been using it for 2 weeks without effect, waste of money, never by german products again, may they rot in hell.

Awful customer service

I tried this product for a month with little or no success. I delayed taking the capsule for a couple of weeks owing to Covid, so when I asked to return the unused packets I was told it was outside the 14 days period. No mention of this on the returns policy.
All in all a poor product sold in high hype by a poor company.

Total scam. This company have managed to create so many fake pages in how great this is. I spent alot on 3 months supply and have gained around half a stone!

I have been on these for 6 weeks , i lost 14 lbs in that time . You have to watch what your eating and drinking . I still take them , but i find now that they are not working as quickly maybe my body has got used to them .I fast for at least 12 hours a day and i dont over eat , i have a tendency to eat even when I'm not hungry , boredom eating. These do help , but cut back on everything , bread ,sugar alcohol, etc. I will use up what I've got then try a month without them. See what happens. Please remember you still have to diet with them.

Waste of my money they do not work. Bought 3 months supply, lost nothing weight wise, just my money. Disgusting that they can get away with false advertising and use celebs that have had dramatic weight losses to suck you into thinking these pills did the trick. Total lies please do not buy. I feel so stupid for thinking these would actually help me to lose weight. Fuming with myself and this company that you can’t even get hold of!

I was so sceptical about this company but if you go through the proper company and send them an email they will put your mind at rest.

Excellent customer service and I’ve got my money back literally today which is three days wait as I have a few issues but nothing to do with the company. I will be buying these hundred percent again when I have the money.
