A really good experience! Excellent service all the way, a good car, cheaper than most others - and in the end after delivering at the airport we said goodbye ......... and he came back to the hotel after some time with my depositum, that I had forgotten about after 10 wonderful days in Romania.
I have been renting cars during my visits to Romania since 1999. I initially stuck with the big names: Hurts, Avian, Dulau, etc. Romania is no US, so do NOT expect the same thing from these guys even if they have the name you are familiar with. Eventually I found out about Primarent and gave them a try in 2004. I have been renting only from them since that time and I never expect that to change. Again, not because they are perfect, but because they give me the best bang for the buck and that is my bottom line when dealing with car rental companies.
