My bed after only 1 year is falling apart. The nails were all sticking out until the velvet brake and the holes are getting bigger and bigger.
I emailed and never received a reply regarding it.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
My son brought my granddaughter a bed of here and within a couple of days the bed was broken! It has nails sticking out ive been trying to get a refund but they are refusing! They sent a man to repair it and he said it can’t be repaired at all that man said it’s not even worth repairing because it’s poorly made and that parts were missing!! And then wanted to charge us £40 for it and because we said no the bed is broken and can’t be fixed and theres no replacement DO NOT BUY FROM THEM SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE I DONT WANT ANYONE TO GO THROUGH WHAT WE ARE WITH THEM - THEY AINT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR

Bought Forever Livjng products from Prime Aloe in June 2020 and should have received TopCashback. I would have bought elsewhere had it not been available. Has taken 9 months for Prime Aloe to confirm the cash back and now another 2 months and top cash back are still waiting for payment from you to be able to give me my money. Terrible and miss advertising

Ordered through market place in Facebook- told them i needed a gas lift bed , it arrived, but 1 man doing the delivery- me being 5”1- had to help him as bed was heavy - paid cash and off he went no paperwork !
My husband put the bed together and the bar at the end of the bed was too tall - I contacted them after numerous calls and finally spoke to Mike who said he would get this sorted- not sorted !!
Have called and messaged several times- ignored
Finally spoke to someone on Wednesday who said they were in our area today Saturday!! And they would come and sort the problem out - WHAT A JOKE
We have waited all day NO ONE CAME - have rang several times again NO ANSWER!
I would not recommend this company at all and my next correspondence is going to be wirh Trading Standards

I was supposed to receive my delivery today before 6pm just had email to say its on its way, so definitely not today then shocking!

I placed an order over a month ago and was told delivery takes 5 working days.
I have contacted them on multiple occasions (via email) and have been ignored every time.
I have tried the online chat and that doesn't seem to connect through to anyone
Theres no phone number on the website so cannot speak to anyone directly.
I still haven't received my order and have ran out of options
Very bad customer service i would not recommend buying via their website

All good but I couldn’t track the delivery with the link provided. However, email response about delivery was very prompt. I’m hoping ithe product will help kick start my weight loss.

Without hesitation I would recommend your company for quality of product and service. C9 is a good product to detox.

On day two and finding it very tough. I'm soooo hungry and grumpy but I'm not feeling as terrible as I expected. Looking forward to tomorrow when I can have an extra shake and an evening meal. The aloe juice is horrific, someone described it as 'eating a bag of lettuce, downing a pint of water, throwing up and drinking what came up' they weren't wrong. It's rank but needs must.
