Ordered Garden Kneeler 3 weeks ago and have only received the tool holder. Customer support do not reply to emails, nobody answers the phone number supplied this is a complete scam.

Update: prime glitter has refunded my putchase. Ordered product never received. Prime glitter customer service untimely response claims shipping delays. All I received was a flimsy tool bag and not the garden helper stool.

Same as others, I ordered Garden Stool, received small pouch for holding tools. Also made big mistake of upgrading from plastic version to metal for 19.99 more. This turned out to be a RECURRING PAYMENT!! Cancelled immediately. Make sure to check on this! This is a terrible scam and have had no response from Primeglitter. Trying to get Paypal involved

Ordered 2 garden kneelers on 4-17-22, Received 2 pouches. Looking at other reviews, I have been scammed. I want my money back$100. Legal action to follow

This is a fraud! I ordered two garden helpers in March and received a small cloth and apology from someone who said they were the co- CEO and head of department. There has been no further communication and no delivery of the garden helpers. I would like to know who else to contact about this fraudulent operation.

Like the other reviews stated, I only got part of my order. They did respond to my email by saying I could get a 30% refund, but keep the item. A 30% refund on an item I never received? DO NOT PURCHASE.

I ordered the garden kneeler 18 days ago. I received a cloth tool holder, but no kneeler. This is clearly a fraud. They send a piece of cloth that marks the sale as "delivered." DO NOT ORDER FROM PRIMEGLITTER!!!

I also ordered a garden bench, got shipping info, but all that arrived was a skimpy piece of green cloth. A sick joke. And of course, no response to my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM PRIME GLITTER. IT'S A FRAUD.

I ordered a Garden Helper from Prime Glitter many weeks ago. All I received was a canvas tool holder without the kneeler. PrimeGlitter apologised for the mistake and said the rest of the order would follow immediately. I'm still waiting and they have failed to answer any emails. This seems to be a scam and fraudulent company. Don't have anything to do with them. I'll be taking legal action

Ordered the garden helper back in March. Several emails saying it was on its way. The only thing I did get was the tool holder. Ripoff company!!

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY! I ordered the garden helper but received only the plastic tool holder (probably worth $1 !). Have emailed them no fewer than 5 times and have not even received the courtesy of a reply! TOTAL RIP-OFF! Anyone have suggestions how to get some satisfaction from these scam merchants? I also received just a garden tool holder. I am pissed at th not answering emails or phone. Just another reason I trust Amazon not other independent companies

I am a senior in Canada and ordered their product Garden Helper using Paypal. All they sent me was the canvas garden tool holder and not the garden seat/stool. I had to start a Paypal Dispute Claim to get a refund. Most seniors could not do this. Prime Glitter should be ashamed of themselves for trying to rip off a senior citizen.
