Wish there were a zero star option
Edited to update: they asked for another chance, so I gave them one. One "8 minute" survey for 67 points took 27 minutes; another "11 minute" for 101 points tooke 28. Three surveys screened me out AFTER I completed the entire survey. Only one was accurate in length and paid on completion. I stand by my original review - don't waste your time. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been using the site for a few years and up until a few months ago, it was great. Now? The survey payouts have been decreased significantly. Used to see surveys for 240 points for 15-20 minues regularly. IF you're lucky enough to see a 168 point survey (they highest they appear to offer now), it'll be 25-30 minutes long and there's an 80% or greater chance that they'll allow you to complete the entire survey and then screen you out at the end. Don't even bother with their games - they higher levels "never track," as mentioned by plenty of other reviews here. There are other, better, higher paying sites out there. Don't waste your time with any of the Prime Insights group's sites. Also don't pay attention to the bot response they will post here. It's the same one they give to everyone.

Absolutely terrible One of the worst…
Absolutely terrible! One of the worst, rather than wait 10 minutes to screen you out like many of the others, they actually wait about 30 or 45 minutes, So that you're right there at the very end and then they find a reason to screen you out at the last minute. Not to mention the fact that they initially tell you the entire interview would only last 15 minutes, When they know clearly that it's about 4 or 5 X that length. I would definitely stay away It's not worth it!

Dont waste your time. They don't track half of the offers, especially games so you will end up wasting time playing and when you complain they will just ignore you.

Generally the surveys are ok apart from repeating age, DOB, where you live 3 times etc.
Most striking is being able to do the Daily Streak especially on a weekend you may attempt 30 surveys and do one. Best it shows i have done is 102 days continuous. They often take this away, had exchanges 4 times and they keep saying i didnt do any surveys for 13 days which would have taken it up to 115. In that 13 days, i earnt and spent 4 times even won 2 off 500 points, each time taking it down so couldnt spend on anything. Havent been on for 6 months, corrupt to the core.
So keep your eye on the daily streak because it may be nil tomorrow and they will deny to high heaven.
EDIT - Not consistent? I have proved you stole 13 days off me with surveys done, even daily streak winning a 1000 points and another 500 points within that 13 days, still you wont accept. Just go on what my account tells you.
This has already been reported 4 times, you just say we want to look in to it - nothing will happen as before. This isnt the first time its happened but the 3rd time.

There should be much more effort put into pre qualification than wasting users time.

Waste of time
I tried it out and found out it was going to be one of the biggest wastes of my time of anything I've tried. I kept having to re-enter my demographics, would get screened out after spending 5 min answering questions, or would be 15 min. into a survey and one question would suddenly screen me out. Yep, no pay. I had a technical issue 13 min. into a survey. So, I spent 2.5 hours earning $5.06. And, I probably attempted 10 studies. I kept going just to get to $5 so I could cash out and never go back!
