Ordered a large bag of dog food, and it came about 2 days later. Very convenient.

I ordered a buffalow horn and the pickture showed the horn end i recived a portion of the horn. I do not feel that you sent me what i ordered.

The site is well made and functional. I had no issues with the entire proccess, they proccessed and shipped my order very quickly.

I have found that the elk antler velvet is helpful for my senior dog, but can be expensive. I liked the prices at Prime, and they then contacted me and gave me an even better deal.

I was looking for a new online vendor. A friend suggested Prime Pet Supply. My first order went though without any incident. The staff is very helpful and very customer service oriented. My order arrived much quicker and packaged much better than other online vendors I have used in the past.

Prices are good which is why I bought from them. Shipping is not good at all. I still haven't received my package. They use Fedex ground with signature required. So if you're not home good luck cause they only ship tues-sat.

Primetime pet supply had a very hard to find dog food in stock. The shipping was very quick and none of the cans were dented. Some other sites -- cans arrive with half of them dented. Will continue to use and highly recommend!

I have ordered the Earth Rated Poop Bags in the past and have loved them from the very first time I purchased them. I have purchased more and have referred your site and product to a few friends of mine who also have dogs who need great smelling "lavender" poop bags. I will be ordering more from your site "Prime Pet Supply" in the future for more poop bags from "Earth Rated".

This is my first time shopping here and I'm always a little hesitant about the service from companies I don't know. But they were the only place that had the food I wanted. So I ordered it. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. The food arrived faster than some of the big name companies I have dealt with. It was packed well and the food itself was in tact. I purchased a Sherpa carrier for a flight 2 weeks away from purchase. I called customer service to make sure I would receive it in time to train my Frenchie to use it. The person i spoke with assured my I would have it in time I received it 5 days before he thought I would and it came from Washington state to NY. I was very pleased. Also there was no shipping charge.

I live in Washington state. You think when you are ordering from the east cost, it will ship from there - was so surprised to receive the shipment the next day from their regional warehouse! I did contact customer service and they were very friendly and helpful. Will continue to order from Prime Pet.
