Never ever again! They left us stranded for 26hours trying to say our motorhome is not covered. In the end they found out it's their admin mistake and we are covered including full EU breakdown cover! Hours spent on the phone, they are terrible!

I bought some motorbike insurance on May 28th 2026, I paid £120, sold my bike and cancelled the the policy 2nd August 2026, there is no refund, so it works out to £60 per month, what a rip off, plus, the customer services isnt very good, its not sour grapes, my advice is to steer clear.

I insured my scooter with Principal Insurance on July 30, 2026. On August 1, 2026, I called again because my dealer had made a mistake with the registration number. My English isn't very strong, and communicating over the phone is still stressful for me. While all insurance companies are polite and respectful, I would like to specifically commend Queeni from Principal Insurance customer service for her attentiveness, patience, and clear English pronunciation. The issue was resolved, and I was left with a very positive impression. Customer service representatives are the face of the company, and after speaking with Queeni, I would certainly want to do business with this company again.

When cancelling my policy due to having sold the bike my fee was more than the original policy price and when I complained they gave me a supposed discount that never got applied and after several calls I had to pay the full amount because everyone on the phone seems to be illiterate.

I wanted to add a service onto my existing premium that is due for renewal. Couldn't have been easier. Done and dusted in about 2 minutes. Not a drama. Dead easy and the best thing ever for me and apologies if you read this and get upset - get over yourself in advance... I got to speak to someone in the UK - no language barriers
