I ordered some printed bookmarks with seeds embedded in them for a large event which took place this week. The turnaround time was very fast, the price reasonable, and delivery bang on time. Many thanks to Demi Allen for her efficient service and handling of this urgent order, which had a very tight deadline.

Purchased a bulk order of keyrings with Spencer, as always great from start to finish, from communication to the product being delivered as described. Will certainly be using again in future 🙂

I had a great experience with printed4you because of Spencer Matthews who sorted everything for me and replied to the many emails and questions I had very promptly. He updated me regularly with the order and did everything and more to help make the order perfect and stress free. What was supposed to be a smooth and professional experience has unfortunately turned into a very stressful situation.

We ordered 100 jute goodie bags with our logo printed for an upcoming event. Before production, we approved a specific design showing the exact logo placement. However, the bags we received do not match the approved artwork. The logo placement is clearly incorrect, and the final result is not what we signed off on.

Despite the visible difference, Scott Pickworth from the Sales Team insisted that the result is the same. Unfortunately, it is not. The discrepancy is obvious, and it is disappointing that a professional printing company is not willing to acknowledge a production mistake.

Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles them matters. In this case, instead of taking responsibility or offering a fair solution, we have been left dealing with unnecessary stress right before our event.

We expected a professional result and honest customer service. Sadly, this experience has been far from that.

Had a great experience with this shop and Spencer Matthews was able to cater our company's requirements efficiently and has been very professional and kind. Thank you, Spencer! Keep up the good work!

Kerbi did an excellent job in executing our order, in such a short time, and arranged the dispatch of these pens to arrive on a day before our open day.
The courier stated that the pens were delivered on Friday at 8.30 am but there was not one to reeive the ( DO NOT believe it as the Peepul Centre opens every day at 7-00 am. Kerbi went out of his way to get me the Courier detail and Consignment No. to enable me to collect them ifrom their Depot in BeaumontLeys in time before closing ParcelForce closing ...Thanks goes to Kerbiu
