#PP257690. Cancelled the order after 1 hour of order placement on31st July. Till now no response. Support team is useless they not even ready to refund the money.

Defective product. I ordered logic board for my Hp printer . It’s not only old but defective as well. Tried contacting their customer support. No body picks up. Really some authority needs to look into this as they are fooling so many customers

I placed a order for printer HP (Model 4178). ( Order number - PP -251545) Post order, I got confirmation that, the order is booked without Cartidge. I paid 1500 additional for cartridge and told them to deliver both in one consignment. Later to my shock, printer was delivered without Cartidge. As I enquired, they confirmed, it was a miss from their end. I bought cartridges from Hp Online and still the printer was not printing pages. As I enquired with HP Technical team, I realised that, it is the set up cartridge that is intiatily needed towards configuration and it comes with HP printer. printer point, remove them and sell them separately. Remember, if you don't have this set up Cartidge, you cannot print. Printer point is cheating customer by placing cheaper price. They are unethical and unprofessional. My request to customer, please avoid any buying of products from them. They don't carry any ethics of business. There are numerous negative review about this company.

Fake Setup Cartridges were sent instead of Ink Cartridges. On Calling back, was referred to Mr. Rakesh Agarwal at 9988824481, who was very rude and unprofessional. Asking me to reconfigure my printer using Setup Cartridges, and use the same Cartridges. Where will the ink come from: His Answer - Ask HP? On submitting feedback on their website, it you give 1, your feedback will be hidden and if you give 5, they will display. Confirmed by their feedback portal: Judge.Com.

i have placed some spares from them (Your Order #PP-234076 (August 19, 2020) has been Successfully Placed.) but no response from them after that. i lost money. cheaters. fraud company

Fake SETUP cartridges were sent to me instead of original cartridges

I hv ordered one printer spare part on 21st July and delivery date shown as 29th... But there was no movement till 29th... So I hv cancelled my order on 29th and same day it's started showing as despatched... Surprisingly everyday from 29th it shows as transit delay and it stays there only... my ordered product is still at the same location... They are playing with customers... It's one of the worst company who never responds to customers query... DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PRINTERPOINT.,..

I ordered for a printer 20 days before from this site. But the tracking is showing it's not yet dispatched. I mailed twice no response. I made calls no response. I'm worried about whether I get the product or not. It seem to be fraudulent.

I had asked for a printer supply of a Brother DCP-L2561DW from these printer points, which they gave me wrong and they have told that if any item comes wrong or broken, we will replace it within 5 days or return. will that do. Neither did he return nor change. Don't give money to these people by mistake. First ask for the goods and then check that what is ordered is the same or not.Please don't ever order any product from this company.

Lost Rs 884 to get a setup cartridge instead of a real cartridge. :-)

Very very very poor quality and service. No star deserve this company only looting customer. I have ordered Hp desk 2600 but it is not working. Unable to do replacement. Please don't ever order any product from this company.

20 days ago, I placed an order. Not received yet.
Nobody answers the emails. I don't know, when i will get the printer ?
In what condition, I will get it ? This company is hard to deal with.

The Customer service is the worst. The Accountant, Mr Rakesh Aggarwal, there has no idea of what he is doing. I had to request them to revise my bill thousand times to put my correct GST No. but he believe himself as a god of accountancy but does know the simplest problem and when trying to make him understand he is talking unprofessionally and giving foolish threats.

Do not buy and goods with this people they are not professional and they will send used or damaged goods.............customer care is totally bad....

This online service and company is big scam ... please please dont ever purchase things from here ...
I am still not getting my product despite full payment ... they wont entertain when you wanted to know the reason ... the customer executive SAKSHI DHINGRA is so unprofessional while dealing with customer and clearly mentioned its not their fault and they cant do anything regarding all the inconvenience caused ... and also said even cant return my payment till they will not get shipment back ... so its my request to all please never ever buy things from this crap site

All reviews are fake repaired materials sale and after sale no any return and replacement wastage of time and money do not buy anything on that cheap website
