Absolute scam of a Company. Company is based in china not locally as the website presents BEWARE. Item was never delivered (was meant to be a christmas present) seller does not respond to emails. Opened a case through paypal to try and recover money to buy another present for my nephew and the seller lied saying it had been delivered.

Placed order for a printed mug on the 12/12/25 for a Christmas present.This was after reading that Printerval UK pass the order to the closest provider. Also stated that it would arrive on or before 24/12/25.
Did not arrive for Christmas. Tracking information showed that on 31/12/25 collection was arranged to collect from POLAND. This was then sent to GERMANY and then to the UK eventually being received 12/01/26.As I had to buy an alternative present it was a total waste of money,not only for the mug but £7 postage cost as well.

Ordered at the beginning of December and was told arrival date of 17th December. I just went on tracking and estimated arrival date is now stated as July! I’d been thinking maybe it’d get here for Valentine’s Day. I’m past the point of annoyance- I’m now finding it hilarious. I’ve never experienced anything like this before

I’ve been waiting 37 days for something to arrive and on the tracking all I can see is “label printed” Astonishing a company can exist like this…

Still waiting for my christmas presents that I ordered from printerval on the 9th december 2025. Still not arrived. I ordered by fast delivery christ knows when it will be here. Pigeon delivery is quicker. I have passed this over to my solicitor to sue them for false advertising. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OUTFIT.

Placed order on 7 December. Still haven’t received it. Get the same standard email when I message them saying it’s on its way.

Ordered and paid for a personalised chef’s apron 30 days ago. No sign of the goods. Tracking just says it is out for delivery. Totally useless. Totally unacceptable. Pity that the review doesn’t cater for zero stars.

Utter rubbish!
Having waited for nearly a month, what was delivered did not resemble anything close to what was advertised. I received what I can only describe as a Perspex picture similar to what you might receive as a Christmas gift from a school project (but at Christmas) and not having spent a reasonable amount of money on.
Having tried to question the delivery time and product, there is no response from Printawful

I ordered 3 T-shirts for my children for Christmas, it said when I ordered it that it would come before Xmas but then after I ordered it then said before 30th December, I ordered it on the 18th December and it didn’t come until 8th January!
Will NOT be ordering from this website again.

Ordered a Christmas gift on the 6th December it finally arrived today, 8th January. When it came it was the totally wrong item. I ordered a personalised item , it had the wrong names on it , the wrong picture . Totally useless and a waste of money!

I ordered a T shirt on the 13th of December and it arrived today, the 8th of January. There has been no communication about the delay. The T shirt is fine and what I ordered. I had truly thought that I would have to involve my credit card company to retrieve my money. It’s a shame because the merchandise is fine.

Dreadful timescales. Ordered and paid on the 15th December. Website claimed delivery would be by Christmas Day ( Boxing Day 5.00am. actually!)
Arrived Today 8th January. 24 Days…..
They need to be more honest about how awful their delivery partners are OR maybe get them manufactured nearer the UK.

I placed an order with guaranteed delivery before Christmas, but Christmas came and went with no T-shirt. I emailed to cancel the order since it didn’t appear to have shipped. I received no response—just a shipping notification on December 31st.

The item finally arrived well after it was needed, making it pointless. I’ve now emailed again requesting a return label and a full refund.

Overall, poor communication and missed delivery promises. I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Item ordered early December and delivery stated in time for Christmas.
Chased for an early refund with no response.
Finally got a response on the 7th January stating product has shipped!! No good to me now and no response to refund.
Customer service is awful and I won't be using again.

I ordered a viking style hoodie fir my husband using printerval size guide. When it arrived it was huge. I could have have got 3 of my husband in it. The material was very poor quality and the pattern very faded on the arms like it had been stored in strong sunlight. I emailed printerval to complain and request a full refund and a return address 4 times, they didn't acknowledge any of the emails.
Don't order from this company if you wish to receive quality goods or value for money. This hoodie was not cheap. Disgusted with tge goods znd tge lack of any customer service

I placed an order and guaranteed delivery before Christmas, then it was changed to the 30th of December, then changed to 9th of Jan and now a email to state another 15-20 working days on the 7th.

Now all contact is blocked even by email. Seems like a bit of a scam as my order got split in to 3 and non have arrived, 2 was cancelled and now just a waiting game for the last one, as they don’t respond. Phone numbers, WhatsApp and messaging service does NOT work and they don’t reply to tickets raised.

Have tried to contact multiple times and it’s a AI response, submit a ticket, they don’t respond.

Website says you are ordering from America, business address is Vietnam,all numbers and contact details are invalid 😡

Massively avoid from using this company and if you have report to every site and authorities possible as it’s fraud! absolute scammers!!!!

If you do your gonna be waiting for orders NOT to arrive and a massive wait time for a refund as the banks can’t refund till your goods arrive.

Ordered 3 Christmas jumpers early December. 2 adult size large and one medium for my 11 year old daughter. After weeks of waiting, they luckily arrived days before Christmas Day. The only problem was none of them fit! Size large fitted my 11 year old daughter and size medium fitted my 5 year son ffs. Kids were happy. No Christmas jumpers for me and the mrs this year unfortunately.

Slow postage. They say its Dispatched from Europe but it came from China. Arrived in poor packaging and print was creased. Tried to get a refund but absolutely no reply. I might try credit card charge back.

Timescale was ridiculous! Ordered on the 8th December with an expected date of December 24th latest.

It arrived in 2 parcels, 1 last week, the other today!

Customer service were accurate with their information but very slow to respond.

On a plus side, I'm extremely happy with the quality of the items I ordered and the price i was charged.

If I ever order again, it will have to be 6 months in advance of any occasion!
It's a shame, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
