Returns not accepted despite claims about free returns

Be warned, not only do they take ages to post items, I waited nearly a month for an item and bought it on the understanding that if it doesn't meet the quality they say it is, they have a free returns process (bearing in mind you pay for delivery). However, I wished to return an item since it was of poor quality (a sherpa blanket) and I requested this return mid Dec and I am still dealing with them, they take ages to reply and I have had to chase regularly. They asked me to send pics of why I had a problem and then didn't respond for two weeks. After chasing back and forth, they offering me a refund of around £5 quid and apparently they never ask for items to be returned!! It's a joke since I paid £30 plus £7 for delivery. Buy at your own risk but honestly, the whole returns process is a nightmare and so far I haven't received any satisfactory response.

Ordered t-shirt 27 November 25 for a Christmas gift it has still not arrived 20 Jan 2, every time i send an email they say due to high demand and time of year. Sorry Christmas is long gone still no t-shirt and no refund would not recommend using this site or company I for one will never use again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Firstly my delivery took over a month. Missing Christmas.
Quality of item is awful. I have been trying to return it for a refund for over a month and no one is getting back to me. The only time they replied is when I put a dispute in with PayPal about them they then contacted me and asked me to remove it or they wouldn’t continue with my refund. Stupidly I did and I haven’t heard anything since. Absolutely disgusting company

Placed an order 12/18/26

Placed an order 12/18/26. It took them 2 days to say they received the order. They told me estimated delivery was 1/30/26. I was ok with that. Then it was updated to 1/16/26. On 1/13 the order arrived and it was a mop instead of a blanket. Since that day no one has responded to my request for help. Awful customer service. They keep changing their phone number as well. They also are not based in the US as is shown on my credit card billing.

Terrible

Terrible, ordered an apron, when it arrived it was incorrect. Contacted them twice and no effort was made to resolve the problem. Do not use this company.

Truly appalling service

Truly appalling service. I ordered a T shirt early December and there's still no sign of it. I have raised complaints as the tracking clearly showed the item stuck in the same place since 15th December. One reply thanked me for my patience, the second complaint was ignored. The third time at least someone acknowledged the problem, but then, to add insult to injury, I received a rude email today, telling me not to raise more than one ticket as it was confusing - and they were now closing the matter. I have no idea what this even means but will never use them again. Dreadful! They don't deserve even one star!

Purchased 2 1875 sweatshirts and…

Purchased 2 1875 sweatshirts and Imagine Dragons hoodie to the value of £62. There was spelling error on 1975 sweatshirts making them unwearable. The material of Imagine dragons sweatshirt was poor. I have emailed support helpline multiple times asking how to return items and to receive a full refund. Initial email came back with a ticket number and that is all I have received. No response at all to my emails. Do not understand any circumstances touch ptinterval, they are obviously scammers, taking money for poor products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I cannot find anyway of getting a response from them or getting a refund.

They do not do what they promised. I will never use them again.

Not great company at all. Stated delivery but arrived 5 weeks later. It said UK company and early delivery but on tracking system shows pick up somewhere in China, arrived to Poland and then Germany after that to UK. Poster I ordered arrived damaged paid £29.99 complained sent 4 emails chased them and I still have no reply from them and it has been 2 weeks already. Customer service is 0. Poster photo quality is good but the poster is damaged and I can not get replacement or money back from them as they do not communicated at all.

Shirts were good quality When they arrived 1 month and 2 days later. Ordered 11th Dec for a Christmas present. Order info said would arrive a week later around 18th so plenty of time.... But ended up arriving 13th January! As well as a Christmas present I'd ordered 2 Christmas t-shirts!!!! Will have to wear them next Christmas I guess...
Disappointing, poor communication when I emailed about my order. Take forever to arrive - don't believe what they say about delivery time.
Happy with the tshirts even uf they were also a little overpriced. No invoice in the packet.
I'd use again if I want something specific that you can't find anywhere else (that's why I used this site) but I'd order 6 weeks in advance of when needed!

Do not order absolutely terrible…

Do not order absolutely terrible company. I ordered before Christmas and paid extra for delivery as it stated i will receive the item by the 23rd of December so i thought that’s perfect and paid around £10 extra for delivery so it arrives in time. It didn’t arrive in time so i sent them a message and they responded they are working on festive times and its still within the arrival time they stated which it wasn’t. I then messaged them again providing proof it stated it will arrive by 23rd and had no response. It turned up today 13/01 and guess what its the wrong item. Ill be just binning it and calling this a write off don’t ever use them

Terrible Customer Service

I was looking at spare tire covers on November 30th for my husband for Christmas. The delivery date was quoted as December 19th. So I placed the order immediately on Nov. 30th. As soon as I placed the order, the delivery date changed to December 29th. I contacted the company and they assured me it would arrive before Christmas. Every time I tried to track the package, a case number would be assigned and the company followed up, within a few days. Once the package was delivered on Dec. 30th, it took us a few days to go out to put the tire cover on. It was then that we discovered the rear camera hole was not present. I specifically ordered it with the rear camera hole. I have sent at least 4 emails to customer service and have not heard back once from the company. So much for their return policy!!

I bought 3 coats only got 2

I bought 3 coats. First one i bought still hasnt shown up. The other 2 came but the tracking was horrible. Now they wont answer an email and the phone numbers to call dont work. The 2 coats I have are amazing and more than I expected. But now I have no refund and no coat.

If I could put no stars I would!!!!! Ordered beginning of December....mid jan now and still no order, absolutely disgusting company, I am convinced now that I have been scammed and will never receive anything, zero customer service!!!! Stay well clear of this company.
