Wrong size. Wrong colour. No reply to attempted contact. Do not recommend.

I ordered three tshirts from Printerval. One for a child, one large adult and one small adult.
The child tshirt is huge and bigger than the small adult.
The adult large was sent in grey when I ordered navy blue. Despite emailing them and being issued a complaint number I have had absolutely no response from them. I have chased several times and no reply. I do not recommend this company.

Company is horrible

Company is horrible. Takes forever for shipping and they're shipping my order to the wrong address. Can't communicate with anyone because this company is international. Save your money and go with a local printing company.

Breaking all elements of UK Consumer Law

Delivery was 6 weeks when promised 5 days
Arrived too late for gift but this company does not permit you to make a return. AT ALL. This is contrary to UK law.
This company is just a bot when it comes to yo customer service

Don't do it

As others, I received a plain white T-shirt, not what I ordered. They don't respond to messages and the order still says "on the road" so I can't return it. Useless company

Poor quality item and poor customer service

I ordered a t-shirt in the wrong size, which was my own fault, so I ordered a bigger one. The print quality on the first one was ok. The print quality on the second one was poor. I have contacted Printerval several times now and just get fobbed off. This has been going on for around 2 months and I still don't have a resolution. Would not order from them again!

Terrible on time delivery

Terrible on time delivery. Not worth saving a little bit of money by not using some other reputable company. Ordered a custom jersey for a friend's 50th birthday 3 weeks ago no updates on shipping from their website. They don't let you know if it's FedEx UPS or through the mail. Will never buy from this Chinese company again

Dreadful.

Still waiting for an order placed on 30th Jan 2026. No answer from awful customer service. No idea where stuff is. These were presents so very disapointed. Do not order from here.
Now to fight to get money back..

Impossible customer service contact

If I could give a minus rating for this company I would. Like other reviewers I received a blank T-shirt rather than the one with the print as advertised. I have been trying to contact customer services for over 4 weeks. When I eventually received a reply I was offered a replacement item to be sent for an extra £5 - stupidly I paid this in the hope of finally receiving the correct item. I haven't had any further confirmation of this order.
The return/full refund policy is clearly untrue.
I have already written one review and had a response from Printerval to call a number in USA. The company clearly does not care about it's customer service or it's reputation. Instead of a phone call please respond to Support Ticket #1765721; order UK02386023. I will not throw more money away by phoning USA

Poor quality merchandise and even poorer customer service.

I ordered a T-shirt with a design, what was delivered was a blank, very poor quality T-shirt. After spending a week sending emails and talking to their Ai “customer service assistant” I now realise that I’ve been scammed and will not be getting my money back or the item I ordered. Avoid this company.

I placed my order 16th Dec expecting it…

I placed my order 16th Dec expecting it to arrive by Christmas being as this shows a UK url but it seems that's not the case.
Christmas passed and they had not even dispatched the item so I cancelled.
A slow and terrible customer service , looking and the reviews it seems the t-shirts are not the best either.

My package was three months late for starters...

My package was three months late. The customer service team kept telling me it was three days away before finally admitting it had been lost, many times I went unanswered and was offered a measley 5% discount for the inconvenience. when my package arrived today it was quite frankly poor quality, undersized and packaged in an awful manner.
Never make the mistake of ordering with this company.

Misleading product description

They described a shirt as patchwork when it wasn’t. The material was patchwork “effect”, ie not made up of smaller pieces of material. They wouldn’t agree the description was misleading and they refused to give me a full refund.

The Christmas jumpers online looked…

The Christmas jumpers online looked great, but I when I finally received them (after Christmas and after 4 weeks for delivery) I was so disappointed. The quality of the jumpers are shoddy, thin with poor printing quality. I paid £76 for 3 tops. There are no labels inside to tell you the fabrics they're made from or washing instructions. There has been no response to my emails so I'm out of pocket of £76.

Do not buy anything with them

Do not buy anything with them. Bought 2 printed tee shirts Jan 2026. 2 black tee shirts arrived with no print. Have raised 2 support calls. No comment, no product resend or cash refund.
Simply being blanked by the company.
Please don't lose your money and look somewhere else rather than use this pirate of a company.

DO NOT USE.

I ordered a hoodie & paid extra for Faster Delivery (5 working days). After 5 days went by with no delivery I attempted to contact Customer Services, to which a got a 'generic response' (your parcel may be delayed due to busy period - even though I hadn't been asked to provide an order number). Several attempts to get a response out of ANYONE failed, & eventually, 15 working days later (24 actual days), my parcel was delivered.
The item was 'ok' quality, not great, but was significantly different than the image on the website. I'm quite happy to accept that actual orders might not match website images exactly, but the difference here was huge. Still not had any contact from Customer Services 6 weeks after my first contact.

***AVOID PRINTERVAL***- SCAMMED, CHEATED AND STOLEN !!!

I bought a car sausage T-shirt in black ,( so I thought)!
It cost over £10, it was supposed to be a birthday present for a very special man. Unfortunately all I received today was a plain black T-shirt.
I want the product I purchased or my money back, or I will be contacting trading standards and the small claims court.
THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. THEFT AND SCAMMING.
