I ordered a t-shirt from an art gallery I had no idea they used printerval.well the t-shirt arrived with more dates than Katie price it took almost a month was it worth the wait?? Hell no a cheap black t-shirt that is almost transparent and the emblem looks like it will come off in the wash yep utter crap it really is this is not good for anyone using this company to print for them

Think before you buy

I ordered a special customised hoody for my daughter's xmas on 10th Nov. Nothing by January and was eventually told it had been lost by the courier (this differed to what the status blurb said). I then waited weeks for an answer to mails and have since waited weeks for a refund. It's now 2nd Feb and still no refund.
Do yourself a favour and don't risk it.

Terrible glass ornament

I ordered a glass etched ornament. Added text where it gave examples of change my hair colour etc. I emailed several times to query where the personalised message would go - nothing back.
The ornament arrived late, with not an etched image, looked like the photo cut out and slapped in! With my text for the photo added as the personal message!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Terrible quality items and terrible customer service to match!

Ordered 2 money boxes early December as Xmas presents for the children. Online they looked incredible: sturdy, solid and well made. They only arrived today and turned up wrapped in cardboard and weren’t even put together! Flimsy piece of wood without instructions that we had to put together by guessing! Awful quality, and for what we paid, I’m disgusted! I’ll never shop with printer Val again and you shouldn’t touch them with a barge pole!

Parcel did not arrive, and never told when it was going to come. When dispute with them they got aggressive and then ignore all correspondent.

This company is horrible. Ordered 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received. Have tried contacting them with different methods of contact with no response. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I put one star because you can't put none!

I put one star because you can't put none. I ordered an item that looked great in the ad but something completely different came. When I queried it Printerval insisted they had sent what I ordered and offered me a paltrey tenner. I refused this and they simply closed my ticket down. Appalling

STAY AWAY DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE UK WEBSITE IM STILL WAITING FOR REFUND FROM 29th December
i didn’t even get what i ordered totally miss advertising i was supposed to have had a 3 dimensional figure all i got was over sized paper weight ( so a picture of me and my girlfriend on a flat piece of plastic which is scratched please dont waste your money on any of these products

I was so excited about being able to…

I was so excited about being able to buy a personalized hoodie and placed my order. What I got was poor quality poor sized clothing. The customer service is non existent and likely AI responding. Please do not waste your money on anything from this site as you will definitely be frustrated and disappointed with what you receive. It’s been some time and I am still waiting for a response to changing my order where the measurements are completely different to what was advertised.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I ordered something in December which had Christmas delivery. This did not happen and it was a week late. It was a Christmas present so when it arrived so late I didn't need the item anymore, but the quality of it was so poor that I would have returned it even if it had arrived on time. If you look on the website it advises that you have to contact the customer service email address to return an item. I have been trying to get someone to help me for WEEKS. They have only responded once to advise "they are checking something" but will not confirm what. It has been so long that now I am outside of the 30 day returns policy. I assume they ignored me until this time frame passed so they do not have to issue a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE as it's extremely poor.

Feedback sent - no response after a week.
Customer service page has a 404 error.

DON'T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE! They only got 1 star because I cannot give them no stars. They are are liars, cheats and thieves. Product arrived but was much too small. Their website offers a guaranteed refund. When I messaged I got an automated reply offering a refund or exchange. I asked for a refund. Nothing happened. There were a lot of messages. 3 times I was send the same email offering a refund, 10 % discount off my next purchase (ha, ha!!) and nothing happened. Now silence. Their emails are read by robots who can do nothing more than send a standard automated reply. There is no phone number to speak to anyone.

1 star is too good

1 star is too good. This Company needs closing down. Paid £10 extra for a personalised campervan doormat to come in time for Xmas present. Arrived 29th Dec, item nothing like the one I ordered. Several emails with photo evidence to proof not what I ordered. All I get back is item is delivered and nothing now they are just ignoring me. They are nothing but a scam and lying thief’s. DO NOT USE!!!!

Very bad experience with this company. The websites shows a product and then you get something that looks entirely different. Poor quality and no customer service. Currently trying to get refunded which I am sure will not go anywhere. Save yourself the headache.
