work very Fast service

Three times it has taken several days to a week to deliver a 1st class letter. It is expensive and has no data protection. I feel extremely stupid for using this company 3 times. Never again.

I wanted to use PrintPigeon, as I would like to use a service like this to send documents but after doing due diligence I decided not to proceed.

The service involves uploading letters containing personal and potentially sensitive information, so I contacted the company directly on 27 October 2025 with reasonable questions about data protection, including ICO registration, data retention, and security measures. I did not receive any acknowledgement or response.

I was also unable to find PrintPigeon Ltd listed on the ICO Register of fee payers at the time of writing, despite the site continuing to invite users to upload personal correspondence.

Separately, the website makes prominent claims such as “Trusted by 50,000+ customers”, now changed to “10,000" and “4.9/5 (2,847 reviews)”, which I found confusing given the company’s recent incorporation and the small number of publicly verifiable reviews. I raised this with the Advertising Standards Authority, who confirmed they had provided guidance to the advertiser.

This may be resolved in future, but until there is clearer transparency and communication, I would personally be cautious about using the service for sensitive information.

Very happy they posted and printed my letter 1st class. Will definitely use again.

Terrible. Paid £6.55 for tracked delivery.

Letter never arrived. Tracking ( which I had to beg for as there wouldn’t provide me ) never updated. Scam of a company and customer service is boarding on the line of just pure rudeness. Do not use.

The service support is definitely 5 star out of 5. Not just about saving time , it is also very reliable service and confidential to use. I have been using the 2nd time and def. will use again. Thanks a lot for all the support and effort you guys putting in , I really appreciate.

I’m really impressed with Print Pigeon. Not only was the service quick and easy to use, but someone from the team personally went to post my letter after the daily cut-off time, just to make sure it would be received on time. Placed an order and we had a query and it was answered very professionally and promptly (within minutes). You do pay a slight premium but having PP doing it for you means you aren’t stuck with boxes of paper, ink or toner and books of stamps. Thats why we sought out their service. Would highly recommend for straightforward mailings, letters etc and we will definitely be using them again! R-WS

Expensive but worth it.
I needed to write somebody a letter and as postage stamps are hardly used now, I looked for a service that would send a letter for me and found PrintPigeon. I had heard of them before but never used the service.
I like that they track your letter and that you’re able to see once it has arrived. I wish that it was cheaper for the tracking service though as it was a very expensive letter. I cannot fault the service.

My ADHD means it’s too much for me to A) Write, B) Type and print, C) take things to the post office. I had 10 letters to send. It was great that all you need to do is type a document. They will do the rest. Ahem I find it highly expensive though. Which wouldn’t be a problem but I am not giving 5*s as the CHARGES ARE NOT CLEAR.
