UPDATED review: They funnily enough decided to issue a refund the day after my original review was posted here on Trustpilot. Read original review below. I've updated the experience to 2*.
I ordered a poster. The order got haulted by the authorities and we agreed that Prints4U would refund the amound paid once they received the poster back. They have confirmed that they have initiated a refund but I have not received anything in the 26 days that have gone by since then. They are no longer responding to my e-mails even though I've sent three, and it is apparent that they have scammed me.

Posters are absolutely great, super quality and brilliant service. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use them again. Thank you 😊

Couldn't find a poster I wanted anywhere online the Prints4u team made me one up and it's better than I imagined l. Great communication from the team and super fast shipping I would highly recommend this company

I have been incredibly impressed with this company. They have created an amazing poster for me (to match the one I had left behind at our hotel following a concert we had been to). The art work is truly fantastic, and their communications excellent. I am so grateful for my wonderful replacement poster, and for their wonderful customer care - I would particularly like to say a huge thank you to Corey, and also to Carol who initially handled my customer enquiry.

Great experience and the team delivers on their promises even if items are damaged during shipping. They quickly replaced my item and got it delivered. I highly recommend them and will use them again for future purchases.

They’re efficent and friendly. There was a small problem (not their responsability) and they offered to resolve it quickly. They kept in touch with me until the package finally arrived. They’re very professional.
