Carol was the lady who helped me and she's been brilliant. There was an issue with delivery which was completely my fault, but she helped me rectify this and everything went brilliant after the issue was sorted. Very fast delivery and the product I got is amazing actually alot better than what I was expecting. Customer service excellent and all round great not a bad word to be said.the date was more than one day as it was a longer conversation carol was very caring and even shared love for the band i had the poster printed of. thank you Carol and prints4u.

This is a terrific company. First of all, I found 2 hard to find posters here. Carol, is the nicest and most efficient person you will ever know. You can totally trust this great company that offers a unique service and products. Do not hesitate to order.

Prints4U were amazing, I had a request for some posters not listed on the website and they were able to create these for me. They got back to my query quickly and kept me up to date all the way through. Amazing company, would highly recommend.

Unique poster

Chose the poster as a present for my daughter as it was a concert we went to on her birthday. Unfortunately the print went missing in the post. Emailed the company and they immediately sent out another one first class. Carol could not have been more helpful and the communication was excellent. Highly recommend prints4u and I will definitely buy from this company again.

Edit: Prints4u team quickly reached out to me to make this right, and I really appreciate that. They also said they’d remove the original poster I purchased from their website.

Print quality was really, really bad. Clearly took the original image and blew it up with no regard for the quality - the text was all blurry and the faces were smoothed out like a glowy filter. Can also see where they stretched the bottom of the poster image to reach their dimensions.

The print was advertised as A3 size but when I tried to fit the print into an A3 size poster frame it was too big and I had to remove some of the print with a scalpel knife. Won’t be using this company again.
