If you want the very best, Private Tours England is your only choice. From the first correspondence to the end, it was five star VIP service. We didnt have to lift a finger. They designed our entire trip, found the most experienced tour guides, and Dean, our extremely knowledgeable and very experienced driver became family. He certainly went every extra mile to make our trip about luxury and unforgettable fun! We learned so much and had a fantastic holiday. Worry free, door to door, the very best!!

Peter is the best of the best!! He was more than we could have expected with our last min booking. He is so knowledgeable and so kind. Was a long journey, but he made it enjoyable from beginning to end. You have to do a tour with him. 20/20 recommend.

Private Tours of England did a great job of designing and implementing a day trip for us to Kent to visit Knole House and Hever Castle. Our guide/ driver, Kevin, was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable of the region and an excellent driver.

Excellent driver for two long days. Excellent communication and knowledge with accommodating cheerful attitude. Appreciate the flexibility of arrangements made ahead of time and excellent time management. Car very clean and comfortable. Because of London traffic/ time consumption may arrange for one or two countryside nights outside central London next time.

He helped me film TikToks, gave such wise advice, and our conversations genuinely made the experience so special. He has such a calm, positive energy and truly loves what he does. Our Private Tours England journey was amazing! Simon, our driver, showed up at exactly the right time, told us fantastic stories/info/tales as we drove, and was extremely helpful and clear about timings, tickets and details. We were picked up at our rental, dropped off at perfect spots at both Stonehenge & the Roman Baths, and were back at the front door of our place happy and relaxed. Highly recommended!

Able to book last minute and get exactly what we had hoped for!

Mark’s encyclopedic knowledge of history was exceptional. He expressed himself very well, and navigated the route safely and efficiently. He was pleasant, funny and thoughtful, including a surprise stop at the end of our day for which we were so appreciative. We couldn’t imagine a better guide for our day in the Cotswolds! We’re already discussing where we want Mark to take us the next time!

We contacted Private Tours only about a week ahead of when we wanted the tour and they were able to accommodate us. Our driver, Antony, was excellent, safe, flexible to schedule changes, and courteous! The Mercedes all-electric van was very comfortable for four and all our luggage. The two Blue Badge guides, Sandrine and Mike, were also excellent and we had wonderful tours of Bath, Stonehenge and Salisbury.

The whole tour was excellent. The arrangements from hotels to tours was flawless. I would highly recommend Peter as your driver. Being a historian by training he was extremely knowledgeable and added much to the experience. He was also friendly, flexible, and a excellent driver.

Shane was very professional and a very expert and conscientious driver. He showed up right on time and had the right balance of conversation with us while also allow us to rest and enjoy the sights. Highly recommend Shane!

We booked a custom 5 day tour with a private driver guide. We found the Private Tours(PT) very good at listening to what the customer wants and trying to make it happen. I exchanged over 60 emails with Emma, Sandie and Kyle. They responded every time and answered all my questions. I was able to plan a wonderful tour that hit all the places that we were interested in and the prepurchased tickets were sent to my phone each day. The tour with PT was seamless and I did not have to worry about logistics. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Now to our Driver, Dean. Dean is one of a kind and we are so glad he was a part of our tour. He was a wealth of knowledge. Whether it was interesting points of interest we were passing, to history of all of areas of London. He was master of navigating London and its surrounds. He was integral to our success at getting to where we needed to be and he often suggested other places to go that were phenomenal. He made recommendations for places to eat that were amazing.
Our tour was a complete success because of PT personnel behind the screen and Dean who was with us for 5 full days of touring. Thank you to you all.
