Very quick and high quality

Bought 2 recently released rackets from them. Price was at least 30 gbp cheaper than other certain know stores in London. I was on vacation so it was difficult for me to go get the rackets. They made all the arrangements so I could get them before I leave. Gotta admit I was impresed by how much they went out of their way so I could get my rackets. They were really patient with me and super friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with them

Amazing service from Ray. Very quick response and good communication. Ray has fantastic knowledge and I have been using him for a few month now. My son who is junior tennis player was not happy with his strings setup so Ray recommended his own strings and it made so much difference to his game and they don't break as often. Fantastic service for both tennis and squash racquets. I have been able to source the latest technifibre squash racquets from Ray when others had yet to receive them at really competitive prices.

Ray is incredibly friendly and possesses a wealth of practical knowledge. I explained my problems with the game, and he suggested different strings and a larger grip size. I played the next day I could not believe it: it’s absolutely another level of comfort. It felt like I got a new custom-made racquet tailored just for me.
