Please do not buy a Procolored printer

How can you have a rating of 4.6 when I can go to your Facebook page and find 8 out of 10 people that have NOTHING GOOD to say. This is a terrible company that does not stand behind its products. I have been dealing with "customer support" for a month. Sometimes for more than 3 hours at a time. They do not listen to what you are saying. They want to run thru their scripted tasks. Then after they have will say, oh it looks like your machine isn't working. REALLY?? They told me that the flashing red light in my machine after having it for only 3 weeks, was normal. Then a month ago they told me that it's bad. My motherboard is not functioning. When I say replace it... they tell me I need to take it out, then mail it to them first, at my cost! They tell me my print heads are bad and need to be replaced. Guess what? That part is out of stock. Another part I have to pay to replace. I have had this machine for 8 months. I have an exercise bike that had issues with the monitor, called the company and they sent the parts, AND set up a person to come out and replace the parts AT NO COST TO ME!! That's how you take care of your customers. I bought an extended warranty, and it covers nothing! I was 3 weeks past the 6-month warranty, and they still wont except responsibility for anything. They offered a 100 dollar refund and an 80 coupon. That by the way, since I added it to the cart for the print head I couldn't buy, it now no longer works. They said I used it already... ????
I did get a few months of enjoyment from this printer. But when you spend 3000 dollars on a piece of machinery, you expect it to last longer than that, and be taken care of by the company that sold it. Customer support is a joke. Tried to message them today... No one is available because it is their lunch break. If I can stop people from buying from this company, I will be grateful. All the positive reviews are from people who have not had their printers for any length of time. Go to the Procolored Facebook pages. See real reviews. Do not invest in this printer. Please research!!!

If I could give ZERO STAR that what it…

If I could give ZERO STAR that what it would be. Their tech support is pure trash. Bought a L1800 DTF printer in April 2025 the first month had issues that they couldn't resolve. Yest I did receive the replacement parts but with something wrong internally with the wiring it continues to blow the fuses so I have bought numerous motherboards and print heads their customer service needs to be replaced or retrained as well as the technician/engineer department. As of now February 2026 printer is still down and not working. I have contacted BBB.

Dongle and software

K13 Lite is really a good choice!!

I’ve been using the Procolored K13 Lite and it has exceeded my expectations. The print quality is excellent, colors are vibrant, and the machine is very reliable. It’s easy to use and fits perfectly into my workflow. I truly love this printer and highly recommend it to anyone looking for consistent, professional results.

I recently purchased my K13 Lite Printer and Smokeless Oven bundle. I am very happy with the service provided and at this stage, would recommend the products from the experience I have had throughout the whole process. There was a small delay with delivery but that was expected. Thank you Procolored and keep up the great work.

Procolored’s technical support responds right away and has always been extremely helpful. I’ve never had an issue with them—they’re knowledgeable, professional, and quick to resolve any questions. It’s reassuring to know their support team is reliable and easy to reach. Overall, a great experience every time.

Procolored's Customer Service and Engineers turned my UV DTF printer into a paperweight.

After reporting an issue, their engineers instructed me to cut tubes and dismantle parts of the machine because they couldn’t diagnose the problem. After following their directions, the printer became completely inoperable. Now I’m expected to pay hundreds of dollars in shipping to send it back for repairs and pay again to have it returned.

There was no solution, no accountability, and no support once their troubleshooting failed. For an expensive machine, this level of after-sale service is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Procolored.

Don’t buy this junk paper weight

Don’t buy this junk. I’m here to warn everyone that my brand new just out of the crate is jamming. I took lots of videos working with Procolored and the customer service sucks. Spent 3 hours online with them and they disappeared and it is not fixed. They want me to open a brand new printer, take it apart and get a zip tie to fix a defective spring. I have so much evidence because I recorded that video they said for me to use. I am so mad, and anyone who spends thousands of there hard earned money for JUNK, would be mad too. I told the so called customer service that if they were in my shoes, wouldn’t you be pissed? Until the refund my money I am going to hit there sales every single chance I get. If I could I would be zero stars.

I am very satisfied with the service

I am very satisfied with the service. I never had to wait long — not even 5 minutes — before someone was available to help me.

The support team was professional, patient, and very helpful, guiding me step by step until the issue was resolved. I truly appreciate the help I received from both this representative and other colleagues I spoke with before.

Highly recommended.

horrible experience with this company

Please research other companies before purchasing from this one.
If you’re planning to invest $7,000 in a printer, this is not the company you should trust with your money.

I purchased a DTF UV printer, and the experience has been nothing but frustration from start to finish. I spent two full days on customer service online chat just trying to install the film. Every agent gave me a different solution. I was forced to remove glue residue from the machine five separate times, each taking about an hour.

Once the printer was finally set up, I discovered the RIP software has no tutorials. No videos. No walkthroughs. No onboarding. When I asked customer service for help, they sent me a PDF file. When I requested a video tutorial, they said none exist. I then asked if the printer could be used with other software (like Adobe), and the agents didn’t know. Eventually, I was told the printer only works with their proprietary software, which is not widely known — yet there are no proper learning resources to use it. That’s unacceptable for a product at this price point. ($7000)

When I tried to return the printer, I was told returns are only accepted if the box is unopened and within 7 days of receiving it. The problem? The printer is shipped in multiple boxes, and you can’t even begin setup until everything arrives. It takes at least 1–2 days just to assemble and install before you can even test it. On top of that, there were no assembly instructions for the stand, and I had to hire someone just to install it.

Between the film issues, software issues, lack of documentation, poor customer support, and restrictive return policy, this has been a complete waste of time and money.

There are too many other companies offering better machines, better support, better pricing, and real training resources for anyone to waste their money here. This company has terrible post-sale support, no proper onboarding, and no infrastructure for customers who actually want to use their equipment professionally.

Garbage experience. Garbage support. Not worth the investment.

If you are reading this and you still decide to buy from this company remember you read this when you cannot get the help you need.

Everytime I have an issue I'm able to…get it resolved immediately

Everytime I have an issue I'm able to connect with customer service and immediately my issue is resolved. I've needed tech support a few times in the beginning to get me going and today my printed decided to un install???? I do not understand why but my issue none the less is resolved! Very please with my purchase.

K13 Lite Printer & Smokeless Oven Bundle

I recently purchased my printer bundle.
Firstly, I am in Australia and delivery was very quick with constant communication regarding customs clearance and procedure. From order to delivery, it was received in perfect condition within 2 weeks with customer service also helping save me any customs fees for value of product.
Secondly, printer setup was extremely easy with "how to" videos for every step along the way which were very easy to follow along with.
Thirdly, following setup, I had some trouble with how my images were printing and then baking. I was able to msg customer support and send pictures where required to show them each issue. I had 3 separate issues I was dealing with and customer support replied with lengthy, in depth explanations as to why I was having issues and how to overcome them.
So far, I am very happy with the service provided and at this stage, would recommend the products from the experience I have had throughout the whole process.
Thank you Procolored and keep up the great work.

I had an issue with printing on my Procolored printer and contacted the customer service team. They are very patient and took the time to troubleshoot until the problem was fixed. There instructions included step by step videos that made it easier to fix my problem. Great service!

Everything about them has been…

Everything about them has been horrible. First they said the order was shipped and delivered. This was so that they would not have to give me the $500 lower price they decided to start selling it for (this was in October 2025 now it is $1500 cheaper). When I told them I needed to know why it said it was delivered when it wasn't, they said it was because they shipped it from China to their warehouse in California which it was delivered too. I am in Florida. It still took a week to receive it. From the start we have had to use their live support. Put in 30 hours with them and still have not printed one usable item. They have said several times that I needed to disassemble electronics on the printer which I am not going to do. Their live help has sent me pictures of the wrong printer using that to display what I needed to do. Only to apologize for giving me instructions for the wrong printer and then doing it again and again. They sent me a video of what I needed to do on the wrong printer and I could see why it takes for ever for them to reply to live chat. They are helping so many people at the same time they cannot keep track of who they are talking to. Total waste of time and money. Within a few days of receiving the printer I let them know I did not want to keep the printer. They don't respond.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience, bought a K13 bundle, printer, oven and heat press at Christmas costing £2499 it clearly stated it was UK stock and ready to go - it wasn't the took my £2500 then emailed me saying they have no dates for delivery in the foreseeable future but would let me know in approx 3 months when delivery would be possible - refused a refund point blank so I've asked for a different machine, only to be told they don't have any machines at all in their UK warehouse, here is a company that I personally would never use again for any reason under any circumstances, selling stock they don't have, advertising it being in the UK ... It's not... Asking for extortionate import duties to get it shipped from China wow just wow... Wr bought this machine because there is considerable ill health in the family and the only options is to work at home ... Looks like we've lost our money and our purchase, I have all the emails and evidence of this awful experience if anybody would like to see it I'm writing this review because I hope it doesn't happen to anybody else.

I am extremely disappointed with this…

I am extremely disappointed with this company and their customer support.

The printhead failed in less than three months under normal use, which clearly points to a defective part. Instead of taking responsibility, the company has continuously sent us from one department to another, repeating the same questions, requesting the same information, and providing no real solution. The process feels like an endless loop, clearly designed to delay and avoid resolving the issue.

Each time we reach out, we receive a different response, a different excuse, and are redirected again—engineering, support, warranty—over and over. There is no ownership, no accountability, and no resolution. It genuinely feels like customer service is not interested in helping, only in exhausting the customer until they give up.

Rather than honoring a reasonable replacement for a part that failed prematurely, they offered a discount to repurchase the same defective component, which is unacceptable. This printer is used for business, and their refusal to act has caused downtime, stress, and financial loss.

If you are considering this company, be aware: if something goes wrong, you are on your own. Promises of support mean nothing once they have your money. I am leaving this review to warn others and because, to this day, the issue remains unresolved.
